Good panoramic view from N1 toward the Retention Pond and the Pond Bluffs beyond.  Thanks to the cam ops!

Are they still working on a new nest? Making any progress?

A couple of night time orientation screen-caps of N2B with it's IR light shining down on it.

One from the N1 cam and one from the Pavilion cam.

Very early this morning, several geese were in the pond.  One of the Hatchery's (HD maybe) and a juvie, perched in a tree, then the adult left.  Looks like HD, and spent quite a while perched in the tree in lower bluffs.

It's sure feeling and looking a wee bit like Fall in NE IA from N1 to the cell tower.

BL, that's a really nice view from N1 upstream to the cell tower.  Is it straight north or northwest?

Halloween is snowy at Decorah and the surrounding areas today.  Ick.

Great sunrise color at Decorah to start November.  Still snow on the ground in places.  HD or HM perched in one of the bluff trees later in the morning.

Can the cam ops show N2B up close at this time of year?  I'm curious about the condition of this "old" BE nest that the Canada geese have used the past two springs.

Thank you to the cam ops!  Here's a view of N2B, and one of the field in that area, and one of the creek where the baby geese jumped last spring.

Two pics from yesterday - Sunrise in Decorah, and HM & HD soaring after perching for a while below the bluffs
