E4E... Interesting heritage! Nice.
Yes, both our parents are at Fort Snelling and Camper has some uncles there too. And I found out today that one of the cemetery streets is named for a medal of honor recipient who was the brother of one of our former coworkers.
Two of Camper's grandparents and both sets of mine are at a nearby Catholic cemetery. .. in fact mine are just across the road from each other. Camper's other set are at a cemetery just a few blocks from where we live, but we don't go there as often (and Camper's sister tended to those sites this year).

TSK, if you remember me posting a few pics a little over a month ago, of the selfies my sis and I took in the middle of the street when she visited here recently, and then on the beach at the pier restaurant we went to for an after-dinner sunset libation above the waves... well, that was my same Lil Sis as in my greatnieces' dance recital pic. And the father of the twins that you said was hunky, LOL!!, is her son (my nephew). My Lil Sis's daughter is the Mom to Baby Bro and Littlest Greatniece. She and that "hunky" Dad to the twins are brother and sister.  ;D ;D ;D  Oh, you probably would've enjoyed one of those coffee martinis at my Atlanta friend's house.  ;) :D  LOL on your SIL, Barb, who will talk to anyone, and no Irish in her family. I picked up that same trait from my dad. No Irish.  :D :D :D

Tig, I LOL'd out loud about your comment from Camper about you and your family talking to strangers... and about your relating that to your Dad being half-Irish.  :D :D

Lani, thank you for thinking of us... Honey is acting fine, she ate almost all of her food last night. We will just go on as we have and give her lots of snuggles and pets. We all know the pain, at least I can put it off for a while...

Phyl, thank you for the love and prayers, I also wish you could wave your magic wand...  Oh look, the GSB babies are starting to sit on the edge! I pray that those damn black flies stay away... Hoping Savannah shows up today... Anthony is as big as Mom! DH2 is working on something!

baz, Ed is Irish on both sides. And he knows no stranger...  ;D ;D Love the dance recital pics, and I agree with tsk, your nephew is a good looking guy! Sounds like you had a wonderful time!

tig, you gonna be watering all day?

E4E, it's good that you and Kris work on the yard together, do it as long as you are able! I got Ed a riding mower so he can mow, both of us have back issues so it is a good thing. Kelsey helps a lot and she likes working in the yard.

kb, that hippo sure loves having his teeth brushed! And what a strange looking octopus!

tsk, we are warming up to 85 today, 88 tomorrow... we have had a string of wonderful days for being outside!

Eagles4 - Hmm, my son's biological father was Irish/Cherokee Indian....I hear about that combo often.

I don't know the history/back story of these what sounds like common marriages....I'll have to investigate...

tig - How nice of the guy at the taco house.

E4E - Bradley & Kelly are doing good.  This Saturday is the baby shower, so Wed, Thur and Fri, I will be shopping and prepping the foods that I am bringing.  I did have the sandwiches catered. 

Phyl - I totally get what you mean when you say,  I don't think it'd be fair to Maggie right now. She took such a back seat when Mike was alive and ill.  I sometimes think Bandit feels that he is not Top Cat anymore, since we are dealing with the kittens and Misty. Thanks for cam pics.  I hope the 4 at GSB can make it till fledge, and that darn GHO stays away!

kb - Hippo seems to enjoy having his teeth brushed!  :D

tsk - Cute, I love coffee greeting!

((clynn)) - Good to hear that Honey is eating, and acting normal.  Yikes, on the Osprey Stuck in Nesting Debris, but so glad it was rescued.
