TIG  Ouch is right - Please give yourself some rest..Back surgery or not I am realizing I just cannot do as much as I used to.  "My eyes are always bigger than my stomach" - a familiar quote from childhood.

EAGLES  I think Tim likes the "idea" of a garden but when it comes right to it, forgets year to year how much work it is.  :-\

LANI   Long drive - couple days I hope.  Pets know the routine so well and can detect any small change.. ;)

CLYNN   What an ordeal - straight to heaven for you gals!!   Restores have everything.  Had one in Door county when we used to have our place there.  Don't know where the closest one is here.  Thanks for the report on Mom.

clynn I'm sure you know it's not the tomatoes!  Cost just doesn't matter.  It is the priceless memories of Bella and Grandpa Ed.

For the record, 2022 was a lousy tomato crop.

Happy Monday Morning all!

I have another skin cancer appt this morning...this time on upper chest and no stitches....not a Mohs surgery as only a deep debride and no stitches.

Funny Doc...Every 6 months I see him now for a complete body check and he always says something to the effect of this is why we see you this often to catch things early.....
However, he dissed my face one when I pointed it out Doc!....until after Covid it was very deep....all the other ones I have shown him myself!....I just say nothing...LOL...

Have a successful surgery Lisa!

Phyl - good....

Lani - oof, 18 hours alone....she's young and experienced however...I couldn't do it...I got too reliant on my hubby driving long distances..In my 20's I drove to California but with a friend trading off.
I'm however excited for her.

The city just hired someone to mulch up my boulevard city tree stump...noisy ya know...I watched the mulch fly all over my gardens but talked with the guy who is an arborist..He said the mulch is good for my gardens...The city will come out later today and pick it up....I might head out and ask them to leave some for me to put out around the garden.?....He also said he could tie up my arbors...with arbor ties...I told him I had an estimator coming on Wednesday, my ash tree treater who is very expensive and he said to call him if it was too much and he could do it probably for less money...so glad I walked out there...the city also needs to drop some grass seed...on the boulevard that hasn't grown well since the gas line replacement.

Lani - My Grandson's team is done with baseball this year - a lot of rained out games.  My Mom still has an issue that may require surgery.  Thanks for asking. :)   Aly won't drive straight thru tho right?

Clynn - I know that you and your Mom & sisters are a tight-knit family although you all live far apart from each other.  I am lucky that my Mom & sister only live 5 minutes away from me.
Glad that your Mom is not having terrible pain with her broken nose. I feel so bad that happened to her. :o :(

Tsk - Tim must really enjoy having a garden, because it probably is cheaper & must less work to go to the Farmer's Market that you mentioned.  Nice that it gives him a good feeling of accomplishment - nothing better than fresh vegies & herbs!
