Good Morning Beakers!

Long day yesterday, the fresh dumpster arrived around 9:00 (I was there at 7:00). Dianna and I worked until around 12:30. She listed one of the small furniture pieces on FB Marketplace and sold it immediately, so she is going to see if she can sell some of the other items. We have a big batch of kitchen and decor that Salvation Army is picking up Monday. So it looks like I am still on my Mondays at Kays... I had been giving her the Willow Lane angels for years and found most of the boxes in the basement. Erin will keep an eye out for the rest. Found Kay's bronzed baby shoes, I am going to clean them up for Kelsey, they are made into bookends.

My Aunt Linda called Friday night, Mom fell on the front deck, and of course she hit the patch of concrete that is the original front steps! Her nose was bleeding so she called Aunt Linda to take her to the ER (she is on blood thinners). Everything was fine but she did break her nose! She said she didn't lift her one foot enough (she has neuropathy in one foot) and her other foot got ahead of her. She will be 89 in November...

Lani, still crossing my fingers for Aly... The guy that brought this dumpster was really nice, I asked him if he had an estimate of how much a full one weighs, he said around 1.5 tons for household goods. So we have already had 3 tons of stuff hauled off! But we have also found a lot of good stuff we are keeping!  SP is looking so good! Oh those sweeties in the hammock!  Did you and Aly get all you wanted in Pine? I would love to go there with you and Aly!

Phyl, your good night cat could be Harley! Sorry for your disappearing post...we have all seen that! And it's maddening!  DH2 looks so sweet, learning to eat on his own, a hard lesson! Love the pantaloons! The GSB babies are in a cuddle, so sweet! and Millie is sleeping too! The grackles in the basement, this is the first time we have actually seen the basement dwellers! Thanks for all the pictures!

E4E, I plan to use my re-modeled deck for just sitting and reminiscing! He is making the doors now, I will stain the wood once he is done. Then I can sit with a coffee or other beverage, listen to some soft rock and relax...

Lisa, LOVE the picture of Jeff in the kitty playground, and Bandit just staring at him... ;D ;D  I love a man that loves cats! He is the best Cat Grandpa! I am saving the picture to Pinterest, so we can enjoy it again... and again! Sorry Misty wanted nothing to do with the playpen! Tomorrow is Monday, you are almost there...

tig, ouch! Yes, we senior gals need to wear long gloves when doing yard work!

tsk, I think we have Walgreen's First Aid aisle in our linen closet! You just never know what you will need, that's what Ed says. Who will ever need 19 ACE bandages?

Wow, great shot!

Happy Sunday all...

tsk - I already have lots of ferns/hosta/etc....I need something to cover my fence, or a new fence...that isn't in the financial cards...I have a peeper next door to me and open space in between fence boards. Used to love the view from my deck chair....

Oh Connie.  Bet your heart went into your stomach at the word of Mom falling.  Broken nose bad enough but sure could have been worse.  Prayers for Mom.  I bet Kay never threw anything away! 3 tons of stuff.  :o :o   So hard to believe. Kelsey will treasure those bronzed baby shoes.  What a beautiful new porch area you have.  Do you have the furniture for it?     LOLOL  "19 ace bandages" Can so agree.  :o  Great clip of DH2

KAREN  Does that dog rescue get you thinking about adopting a dog again?

Tim should finished planting his garden today and I need to sweep/hose off the patio - once all his equipment is put away - for my shawl meeting tomorrow AM.  Will be nice enough to sit outside.

some bounce
I was reading about wound care: vs. chlorine; add Vaseline, etc. Sigh... I guess the pool is out this week, but I have plenty of mowing and other tasks to keep me busy. I spent the last hour spraying weeds. I'll spend some time later pulling others by hand/tool (in the lawn).

Happy Sunday Beakers!
Morning Blschue, Lilbro, Lori, Clynn, Tsk, Lisa, Karen, Oldguy, Puff, Eagles, Kb, Tig, Baz, Phyl, Peep, Jaspurr, Pink, Jilltosa, BL, Eburg, Weasel, Ezee, Bggolden, T40, ssrl, Maxie, and All!

Phyl, Gorgeous DH2 is doing so well. Thanks for nests update.

Lisa, sorry about the playpen, good idea about donating to AC. I remember when Misty took a long time to visit the B&B, she doesn't like to be contained or trapped. Aly will leave next Sunday or Monday.  :'(

{{{Clynn's Mom}}} Oh honey, sending prayers and hugs for your mom   🙏.🙏  Is she staying with someone while healing? .... Kelsey will treasure Kay's bronzed baby shoes... Love your enclosed porch, I would spend hours there too. Are you enclosing the roof? ... Aly and I bought homegrown honey in Pine, and a handfuls of lemon Honey drops for one of my friend's 95 year old mom. We dropped off the lemon drops for my friend's mom who is now in hospice in Linda's home in these final days and gave Linda lots of TLC.  :'( .... Linda's mom is bedridden now, and has a view of Tonto National Forest from her bed. Bless her heart, she now sees the forest lit up with bright sunshine and flowers, also, she sees a very handsome young man guiding and playing with children and their pets. She is so sure of this young man, that she asked Linda to invite him and the children to her birthday party that was celebrated three weeks ago.  I am in awe of what she sees and the beautiful glow on her face.  :-* .... what a sweet face of DH2. Looks like a male, reminds me of sweet E3  :-*

Kb, gorgeous morning pic!  ;D

Karen, I pray all 35 pups will be in loving homes soon.

Tsk, YAY! Back to having Shawl meetings  ;D

{{{Lori}}} love your morning pics  :-*

tsk - I know, Im kinda sad the playpen didn't work out. What is Tim planting in his garden?

clynn - Oh no, sorry to hear about your Mom's fall.  I hope she is not in too much pain.  LOVE your deck!  That is Misty on the floor staring at Jeff.  Bandit in the condo, paying no mind to either!  ;D

kb - That is a great shot.

karen - Yep, in 24 hours I will be in lala land getting these tubes replaced.  :D

Lori - Misty & Bandit says, Hi to Destini.  I hope you are feeling good!

((tig)) - When we were younger if we have a cut, my dad use to tell us...get in the pool, the chlorine will heal it.  I guess that is not what you read, huh?   ???

Lani - ((Linda's Mom))  :'(  Sounds like you and Aly had a good day in Pine.

Getting ready to get busy in the closet but first I want to say that clynns porch is wonderful!
So sorry to read about clynns mother!  She is a strong lady and I think she will do well!  Maybe extend the hh hours?   Sure is scary to fall and worse when on a blood thinner!  Prayers and hugs!  Clynn, are you going to go?
I can not believe the amount of junk in Kays house!  Unbelievable .
Lani, you are going to be an empty nester soon!  Hugs.  Lindas mom is in a good place!
Lisa, think u have less that24 hours to go !   You are holding up well!
The 35 dogs will find good homes as soon as they are vetted, groomed, behavior assessed and maybe house trained!  They will be in foster homes.  I do want a dog but I do not know if it is the right thing to do!

LISA   He planted 2 plum tomatoes, onions, romaine lettuce, 2 cukes, 5 English peas and a sweet pepper plant.  I planted his herbs in 2 pots off the patio.  So much work.  I would never do it.  Not when we have a great Farmer's Market every Sat.
