It sure looks like Mother Goose and Father Goose once again have designs on this prime N2B real estate with a stunning view of the entire Hatchery area, almost all predators and the Trout Creek below.

Think about it for a second ..
Both of these pairs of the wild are about to be observed by more humans than they have ever seen in their entire wing flaps of looking down.    :o
Gaining scientific knowledge of both species is inevitable with so many eyes and the coolest part.
RRP thank you so very much for sharing it with us all these years.   8)   :-*

HM/HD ~ MG/FG will naturally sort out the raising of their respective young in short order here in this bountiful valley as they have copacetically for millennium.  :)

" Are the geese going to lay eggs again? We’ve seen them checking out N2B, but HD doesn’t seem very excited about renting the property out to strangers:

In 2022, Mother Goose laid her first egg on March 24.
If the geese nest at N2B again, we’ll work with explore.org to establish another channel so we can watch both nests at once. "

Its all looks goods in the Cottonwoods ..   ;D

D36 has taste-tested the Cedar River before, but it probably still has some fish in it. ;)

HM had left some of the squirrel she had for breakfast on the branch, and HD made his way down to finish it off.  And, a pic of our two eggs.

The show is re-streamed at 9:00 pm tonight.  John is on the last 15 minutes.  And the podcasts are available on your pod....or however that works.  I listen at iowapublicradio.com
Live radio is different programming in the evening.
