hi jewelies! iti s 78 here and very humid another hot day today but maybe just maybe some rain tomorrow and that will make it cooler.

hi JP! thanks for the good morning and pic of our lucky! i am unable to report a royals game cause they too did not have a game! :) i think they do not play till tomorrow.

hi rues! yummy on your tomatoes! that is alot of work to grow those when my mom died i quit all that extra work. always gave her my first ones. our farmers market is open but it does open till 4 pm on thursday and they will not sell one minute before rules you know. sister goes back on thursday and i am doing my barn stuff then so forget it. last year jims friend john sent me a bunch and i made him cookies and candies so i am sure he will send some more. my little baby raccoon did not run from me yesterday morning. it did not come up to me but did not run. it was close to its mom and making cooing noises. rubbing against mom saying oh mom i love you so. it was really sweet. our local news telling people to drink lots of water at arrowhead stadium tonight chelsey brown concert. it will over a 100 crazy to go to that. i found the video of that flower garden i saw on dream cruises in amsterdam.

Good morning everyone- jp ty for the croissant and coffee teddies and lucky-glad you had a good night sleep
cal- ty so much for the Amsterdam video- such beautiful colors- wow is all I can say! Tour raccoon story reminded me of an event here last year. I was out early one morning on the back porch with my coffee when 3 coon babies came through the yard west of the house but in the mown grass- stopped by a tree and just stayed there. They walked around but stay close to the tree. A bit later mom raccoon came from the same direction with a 4th baby that was a bit unruly. Mom kept him in front of here and he'd scamper off on a tangent. She'd go get him - try to get him to go in a straight line to the tree where the other were waiting. He veered off several times before they joined the rest of the family. Then all of them started off together. Just when I thought the rascal was going to toe the line he took off- Mom went after him- and scruffed him and showed him the right  direction. They finally went behind the shop building out of sight. I also realized that mom told the three to go to that tree and wait for me- and they did! Just amazing to me.

rues-what the heck are half runner beans? that's a new one on me; first tomatoes- i'm so envious; checking my Amish grocery and bakery this afternoon for fresh blueberries from Michigan and will see if they have beans- I know there wn't be tomatoes yet. sil and I had a nice ljunch- fettucini alfredo, green beans and garlictoast- very yummy then went to recycle- she hadn't been there yet and then drove around North English- grocery store , etc. 

Tennis is about to start- American John Isner has a good chance to win today against Kevin  Anderson of RSA. Then my Djokovic plays my Rafa. Who do I cheer for???
cal- i did 3:17 on the puzzle today and anyone who has had a cat knows that is not the right way to put a toilet roll on!lol

lupe im so sad isner lost all day i would come and go and man they are still playing on a break in my cold room horrible outside all dogs in here sleeping not boo boo he is on the couch saw isner lose. hope andersons loses next one saw rafa earlier doing his warm had security all around him. man isner and anderson really tall. yay rafa novak next!

hi you guys! oh jp you are right obsver birthday is the 14 th! oh well i thought today was the 14 th! my bad i looked at my calendar wrong!  its this heat messing up my head i hate it so much. poor little baby birds i got the fans on front porch blowing in that nest and one blowing in that nest out of the basement filled my hummingbird feeder up and added ice to it! i watch it and boy it sure liked that. i open the door cold in the basement so some of that cold air the fan picked up sent to that nest. heat again till tomorrow night and rain chances now slim.  :(  barn is at 82 which is good really 105 outside with heat index. 78 where pearl is. jim working on someone acs. you know they need it. royals playing tonight  white sox playing in chicago. hope it is cooler there!

rafa and novak match suspended after 3 sets- will finish this morning. Even though they were playing with the roof closed and the lights on Wimbledon has an 11 PM curfew- not sure why. I think the match will be played before Serena and Angie Kerber play their championship match.
