Ugg, A delta airplane out of the twin Cities to Toronto Canada crashed and is upside down. Apparently, everyone is safe. i can't imagine trying to get out of a plane from the upside down position.

KB   That was so cute!  Loved the pacifier  ;D   Just saw that Delta story on the news tonight - How do you get out of your seatbelt upside down?  Guess everyone survived and a few to the hospital are OK.  Tim said her heard 80 MPH wind gusts?

TIG  Thanks.  That's what I told Tim but wanted to make sure.

PHYL   Besides BB, that is a good shot of the overflow ditch  :o

Tsk, NBCC reported Winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph occurring at the time of the plane crash. Although there had been snow earlier in the day, there was no snow falling at the time of the crash. Multiple agencies from Canada and the US will be investigating few injuries and I hope they recover.

I have been eating my way through the posts from yesterday and can say that everything tasted good. Clynn, How did you make the frosting on those cupcakes with all those little roses or Flowers on the top very pretty. I’m glad Bella enjoyed her seventh birthday.
Good pose from everyone again and the reports of cold weather. How about equal to Bls map. We have cooled down considerably, and it feels good for a change after rain on Wednesday we will be dipping down even further for at least a week. I’m happy to be wearing sweatshirts and sweaters again at the rate I’m wearing them they will never wear out.
Have a good evening and take care of if you’re out and about and taste stay tuned to the eagle world and watching SWFL as their behavior indicates eggs could be coming
SEDS and see you tomorrow

Yep, you fall to the ceiling getting out of your seatbelt....besides wind gusts I saw a flap actuator failure issue...there is a video of the actual landing on X....

The flight attendants ( I was one once) would have had to release their belts and open the doors from the upside down position as well.

{{{Phyl}}} I hope your back yard isn't flooding with the storms in TN. I wish they'd come our way.... sending prayers and hoping that blood clot will dissolve.... awww sweet pics of BB enjoying the rain... Oh I can see the water overflow in the background.

Clynn, very colorful Monday morning!  ;D Somedays I feel like the gal in the middle.... we haven't had anymore rain. Supposedly we won't for 90 days or so... a very dry spring. I'm going to hate the summer months.  :( ... I saw that whale swallowing the kayaker last week. YIKES! Couldn't believe it! I can't even imagine it! ..

Tsk, Povitica Bread is full of cinnamon and oh so good toasted. Melts in your mouth yummy!!! Your temps are so cold! Please send your rain our way.

Lisa, love the valentine cookies and coffee  ;D...  it's hard for Mike and Jeff who work at home when the internet doesn't work properly. Sorry they can't come till Weds.

Kb, I remember watching that episode of John Denver and Johnny Cash. Great duet! I didn't miss a Denver show.... His voice always made you feel good, you wanted to soar with the eagles.... awww love the toddler dancing to his dad's singing. So cute! ... terrible plane crash, so glad no one was died.

Karen, That would be something if SWFL has an egg again.  :-*

Good night!

Good Morning Beakers!

Wow, I overslept this morning or I should say I didn't wake up so dang early this morning!

Lani, another cold day here...can't wait for the warm-up! Ed works from home and also has occasional internet issues.  I don't think this world could ever go back to the normal of 25 years ago!  Great picture of GLG and the chick, nice that they are able to take shorter trips for food. Sweet good night picture, you always find the sweetest!

Phyl, oh no, I hope your ITP isn't a complication...Love that you know your Bluebird neighbors so well and that you and Jim provide a good home for them.  Another plane crash, it was all over MSNBC as well. What in the world is going on. too many in a short time! Interesting 365, all those things moving under the surface!

karen, good that you have a stash of sweatshirts and sweaters!  Does Piper have a sweater?

tsk, -11 here right now, wind chill -27. High today is 3. We are in the ice box! TWC says 50 for next Tuesday!

Bbbrrrrrooounce. - 15 going to 2

A new video showing the plane landing... looks to me like a hard landing and the wing gets severed and a flash of fire at that point. Perhaps the wind caused a sudden drop of the craft onto the runway earlier than expected? Anyway... Amazing survival.
