This Marshall Tucker Band audio and video was recorded at just a "regular" old house party in USR, NJ on one of the finest weather nights in June of 1990.

300 ticketed attendees I know for sure as Bob McNasty and I took all of the tickets.
2 big Guys 'bouncing'  VS a golf course .. forget about it .. 100's more ?

Toy Caldwell and his band was going to play for maybe 1.5 hrs maybe at around 9 pm.

I'm talking as sweet as the human existing weather ever gets kind of day.

A very groovy crowd had already assembled you see already dancing and digging on the tunes and the outside dance floor.

Him and the whole band started warming up & started playing at 3 pm and they just kept playing sets until 1 am.  :)

I woke up in the morning in a sand trap in a cuddle puddle of music loving people all fully summer clothed & total strangers,

What hole are we on ?

Nobody of any age hateing or loving on that type of music could ignore the beautiful wafting sounds across the valley.

~ Clint the owner of the private golf club ~ who told the local cops to get off my private property the night before ~

His Cadillac was center-hung, teetering, front doors both open on the edge of another sand trap 2 fairways over.
whoa, whoa, what - zombies staggering in for coffee as it was described to me later.

Recorded at the 'Hurting hotel' as it was known back then on Carlough Rd as an off shoot of the 'Sherwood Forest' Shows.  ;)

Some Names, Places and Events have been edited to protect the not so innocent.   :)

Good Morning Beakers!

BL, wow, a sort of private Marshall Tucker Band concert! Has it ever been the same since Toy Caldwell died? I love their music, it has a twang of something I can't describe, two of their songs that are in my top ten. Music is in so many good memories, it takes your mind to another time and place... you know that so well...

Lani, so many beautiful birthday posts for my Bella! Mike is gone again, they are sure making use of him before he retires... and he so deserves to retire! But, there are many men who just can't retire. Not because of physical or financial reasons, they are just driven to work. We have a terribly cold week this week then another warm up! High today is 3! Have you had any more rain? Peaceful sunset in Albie Land...

Phyl, oh no, your knee is acting up again, I hate that you are having so much pain. Hope it calms down today... Yes, it's Monday again! Good to see you this morning, did your knee calm down during the night?

oldguy, Bella was amazed at the birthday video, with her name!

John Denver singing with Johnny Cash singing "Take me Home, Country Roads"

Oldie but goodie.

My family knew Annie as she lived in the same place as my Mom's sister and my cousins. John and Annie met at Gustavus Adolphus in St. Peter, MN where my cousins and aunt and uncle lived and worked at the college.

Is there a better word than brrr?...it's intolerable to me. intolerable brr. Not getting above ZERO today and tomorrow night might be -17 without wind.

Even Ollie is afraid to stay outside long..

Tig - even driving in the car sounds too much to me...stay safe out there.

Royal Albatross ~ SSTrig Chick Graduates To A Larger Bag! 🎉 Sharyn Weighs & Gives Thumbs Up 2.16.25
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoWEQoRBLMo
Ranger Sharyn came to the nest to weigh SSTrig chick. Dad RLK is on the nest and he gives her a few clacks as she approaches. Sharyn pulls some grass and offers as a gift and then reaches in to grab the chick. She realizes that she will need to use a larger bag today! So she pulls out a brown bag and then takes the chick and weighs it. She returns the chick and records the weight and gives us a brief thumbs up before she leaves! Great news that  RLK and GLG's chick is putting on enough weight! Thank you for watching! Lady Hawk

Royal Albatross ~ RoyalCam Chick Gets Blood Sample Taken To Determine Gender! 💗 🐥 2.17.25
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8G40-YxKQM

Feb 17, 2025
Ranger Sharyn and another helper went to the nest to weigh SSTrig chick and also to draw a small blood sample  to perform DNA analysis that will be used to determine gender. This helps the rangers know if the chicks weight is healthy, as males become heavier than females after a few months. The samples are sent to the University of Otago’s Zoology Department for analysis. It takes several weeks to get the results back. Thank you for watching! Lady Hawk

SSTrig and Mom GLG  :-* Both parents are going on short forages and quickly returning to be with their chick  :-*
