CLYNN  You always have such a nice set of AM photos  :)   I think that is a great rule for ice cream.  I know I could follow it but not Tim so we cannot have it in the house.  When I had my girls party and served that special cake - the name eludes me now - I bought 2 pints of Haggen Daz vanilla to go with.  We finished one and the other was way back in the freezer.  He found it !  GONE... ::) ::)
Great shot at SWFL   Never underestimate the power of a tree.  ;)

PHYL  Gorgeous AM photos today  Stunning crane.  Watching Sugar bowl now - ND leading.  Stunning 365

LISA   Speaking of the puzzle.  No name of the company on the box so did a search and found it.  Notified them - China - They wanted a picture which I sent.  apologized profusely and would send another puzzle no charge and I did not have to send the other back.
Well, I declined the offer.  First I would never make the puzzle again and second I wasn't about to search piece by piece 1,000 pieces to find the missing one, if in fact it would be there  LOLOL.  I will just pass it on with a note saying what piece was missing...Sigh.

LANI   I didn't know there was a device you could buy that would charge your battery.  Thought it had to be done by another car with the jumper cable hook up.  Cute snowman  :D   What kind of car do you drive???  Sounds complicated but at least timely!!

TIG  Grandpa is a real sport  ;D      Do you know what some of the games are?

KAREN   Gosh.  I hope your helper's dad will be OK.

KB   A good day for you at long last.  Nice penguin rescue  ;D  BRRR

BAZI   Wow  37 yr old Zippo.  Mama is a good caregiver  ;) ;) ;)  Congrats. ;D   You do such a great job cooking for yourself.  Loved your breakfast of Champions  LOL   LOLOL  Hi Carl. LOLOLOL   " Old Lang sign - groaner.  Love them.

Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, we have a jump starter too, I didn't realize it could charge a cell phone as well! Ours is an EverStart Maxx, very affordable, well worth the $50 at Walmart!  Another  sweet picture of sleeping pups!  Here's one of a sleeping Sam...

tig, those old war games sell very well in my eBay store! Risk, Stratego, Axis & Allies and several Milton Bradley American Heritage war games from the 60's. I think some people enjoy the camaraderie of something to do with others, no electronics involved...

BL, Kopje, what a good boy!

Phyl, oh those stairs!  For skinny people that use the stairs a lot! On one of the home shows they built a slide down one side, for the kids. I think on the Fixer to Fabulous show. From things you have said before, I get the feeling that Jim's co-workers really like him and watch out for him. A good thing!

tsk, chuckling that Tim found the Haggen Daz you thought you hid! He knows where to search, that's for sure. There is only one place to hide ice cream! Maybe you could re-pack it in something else, maybe wrap it up and write LIVER on the package??  LOLOL!

baz, sounds like you had a good New Years Day, glad you got the second wind! Sounds like you had a good cay! Forgetful Folks Support Group, I forgot when the meeting was, and where!

MOUNT KAILASH - LOCATED IN HIMALAYAS IN TIBET... AWESOME VIEWS...!!!

Sonnet 97: How like a winter hath my absence been

By William Shakespeare
How like a winter hath my absence been
From thee, the pleasure of the fleeting year!
What freezings have I felt, what dark days seen!
What old December's bareness everywhere!
And yet this time remov'd was summer's time,
The teeming autumn, big with rich increase,
Bearing the wanton burthen of the prime,
Like widow'd wombs after their lords' decease:
Yet this abundant issue seem'd to me
But hope of orphans and unfather'd fruit;
For summer and his pleasures wait on thee,
And thou away, the very birds are mute;
Or if they sing, 'tis with so dull a cheer
That leaves look pale, dreading the winter's near.

Currently: 40F cloudy , High  40F mostly sunny,  with  Low 25F

Lani--I tried to do a 'visual' search on the stairs as you comment Winchester Mystery House sounds plausible. But, nothing comes up. i have toured the Winchester Mystery house in California--there are spooks.

KB--double sinks are great.

CLynn--I luv the way cats sleep; I remember that opening scene of MTM show;  wouldn't want to climb Mt.  Kailash even if I could.

BL, Kopje's a 'good boy' !

   Prayers for:  Victims of natural  and Man-made disasters plus those who rescue them. The Fallen / Our Allies in Defense of our country. And   #47.   Police and First Responders.   'Little Gray' and 'Little One' and  all abandoned, abused , lost cats , stray, unloved, homeless  and feral cats.
