Hi E4E  :)

{{{Lani}}} I was just listening to Harris Faulkner who was interviewing AZ Congressman Andy Biggs about the dire situ
in  your state.   :(  He's very concerned about the water supply for folks with the excessive heat indexes.  I've spent most of my life
on the desert and I know all too well what this all means.   As do you!  Take all precautions.    ;)

I'm late....been busy this morning...running errands, watering front and back grass and front perennial garden.....have to do the back perennials tomorrow. Stained some areas of decks I repaired with a deck repair product....second coat tomorrow.

Boy, I'm going to have to hand do all my decks next year....been 3 years.....I swear after next year I won't do it again!.....LOL...it takes me 3 weeks on my behind with a 4 inch paint brush....only way to do it well imho.

Chris walked with Ollie and I this morning...40 minutes this week with the goal of 180 minutes per week.
Goal is by the end of approved PT visits...don't know when that will be?....a ways out though I'm sure.
Chris already suggesting tomorrow walk again, which is good...he's not as sore as he was after our first walk earlier this week.

Lani - that explosive situation is awful.....they say they are investigating?.....hmm, can't be good to have compressed propane sitting in 115 degree temps no?....we shall see as they say..

Gotta get some lunch, am starving...been working since very early this am.

KAREN  Yes heard about Tony Bennet this AM  He lived a long life and left a big legacy.

TIG  Bone bruises are the worst.

PHYL  Beautiful comment about her mother from Mary Stuart M.

LANI  Those AM pups are ready for anything  ;)

KB  Would it behoove you to get you decks replaced with the wood that isn't really wood - I forget the name of the product.  You could do it section by section  each year

BAZI   I learned something - I always stopped with Plan B  LOLOL

tsk - Oh I would love that....but mighty spendy..when i will need a new roof in the next 5 years and possibly a new furnace...both are almost 25 years old.

My front deck is composite which is what I think you meant..that cost me 3,000 dollars...and it's tiny without rails.

My lower deck is the size of a basketball court and they'd need to change out the rails and it has a jacuzzi sitting on it...my guess is at minimum 50,000 dollars just for the lower deck..they'd need to lift up with a crane the jacuzzi...no telling what the upper deck and stairs would cost..
I'll die probably before that could happen or I'd have to win the lottery....for someone who owns this house down the road, I hope they can afford that....cheaper would be to just replace the cedar boards me thinks.

I do do that when they need it at a much lower cost.

Cause sweetness always needs to follow concerns of mine.

This GSD has accepted his tiny human....and you all know, my favorite breed.

Off to make some fresh BLT's, cucumbers in dressing and cantelope.....Later.

Yay! We got about 10 minutes of rain and small hail... but it was just as Camper's grandkids were bringing the half pallet of mulch bags from the driveway to the yard. And then Camper's son showed up to help too. Mulch is being distributed.
Gotta run
