Kb sweet DNR eaglet; right you are about  toxoplasmosis; spring is working its way out for  you

Lisa thanks for sentiment on Nashville shooting--one of my doc's grand children goes there  :(    Thanks for anwsering my question on '22 season egg count for MG .

Also, thanks for clarification on litter type.  I've head of/ and seen  Fresh News litter . It's  100% post consumer paper, low dust not scented and biodegradable.
Yes! The dust from other littercan cause issues for newborn and young kittens.

KB   Should have had some melt today in the 40s  :D

PHYL   Caught a bit more of that Nashville shooting on the early news tonight.  Sure do wonder about the shooter's motive..  Interesting about the litter types.

Oh we've been melting for a month now.

I've also been climbing on top of my piles and throwing snow to the south...
Including my back, but it's so full of ice.
Back is worse.

Here is today after at least 10 days/an hour a day of me chopping and throwing.
the green is where all winter I made a path for Ollie to do his business.

some bounce
We noticed a hawk fly out of the "house sparrow bush" next door to our fence and sit on our telephone wire this afternoon. We swear he was licking his lips! Lol. I hope so anyway...
Finally had that dinner at the steak house. Yum...

tsk, I searched for the window bird feeder and found several, but boy the price sure has gone way up!  I swear I only paid around $12 and the cheapest one I found was $25! This style is the best, all you have to do is slide the food hopper out, fill it up and slide it back in. Easy peasy. I also like this one because you know birds don't like each other, and since they perch on the sides there isn't as much fitting at each other.

Phyl, another terrible shooting. It's just getting worse...

Cat-O-Holics Group - Cat reunited with owner after F4 tornado rips through Mississippi.
To post a little bit of happinessn Mason lost everything in the tornado. We go back to dig threw the rubble and there was his cat setting on the pile that use to be his house, waiting on him.

Tsk Yea. It's thought she was once a student there, last I heard. Been busy with bank. Litter is all crazy---I got fed up and bought a CatGenie  litter appliance.

Clynn I'm not surprize the increased cost of wildlife and pet supplies. That's a nice little feeder you got your mom.  Before mom's stroke while she was still in Joplin. I surprized her with a suctioned cup hummingbird feeder from Basd Pro Shop in Springfield Mo
Like this only with a clear glass.

She stuck on the unused side of patio doors for viewing inside or out.  Birds and Mom loved it.

I have a neighbor who was recently pregnant and kept her cat and changed the litter box while hubby was on business trips.
She wore KN95 masks, those Nitrile medical gloves ( each tossed in trash after single use / pulling the gloves off inside out) and a Mamasan apron .
She kept two alternated washing daily.
Baby was just fine and loves the cat.

Phyl - My Mom's appt with the specialist doctor is 4/06.  I sure hope she will be helped!   Regarding the Delorean restoration; hubby keeps working on it!!  Always making progress.  He runs into complications every now and then, but he loves challenge!!

Puff - Interesting about the special litter.  Thanks for the info!

Lani - Love the Trumpeter Swan pic!!

Kb - Good for you in how you keep persevering with taking care of your yard (shoveling the snow & ice).  You must have some strong arm & leg muscles! ;) :)

LisaG -  Delicious dinners at your home! :)     You & Jeff are exceptionally wonderful pet parents!! Hugs to you both! :-*

Tig - Yum! Good dinner tonight!

Clynn - Good thing you bought that bird feeder for your mom when you did!!  Looks like the price has doubled now!!

Phyl - Oh my gosh that bear that puts the traffic cone back up is amazing!!

Just want to say that the terrible senseless slaughter at the Nashville school has me so upset tonight;   3 - innocent 9 yr olds, and 3 - adults; sickening. :'( :'( :'(

Hope all the Beakers that are feeling 'under the weather' are feeling a lil bit better today.

It's only 40 above here but I'm feeling the itch...spring itch that is!
10 degrees below average and getting much colder this week.

So, I have a small patch of grass on the north side of my driveway that is missing snow and a few patches in the front yard where I shoveled a path for Ollie, that I'm going to blow the leaves and ash seeds off of.

Such a Minnesotan I am..with coat, gloves and boots I'll be out there blowing!.... ;) ;) ;)I must be like Tasha.

Kb, Tasha LOL!  ;D

Lisa, I've never heard of FreshNews litter. Protecting little ones health is important. Have you ever had to deal with a pregnant cat or kittens? I've never held a newborn kitten before. I'm excited as you are! LOL!  I hope you and Jeff sleep well tonight, as well as mama-to-be and Bandit. I can't wait for pics and videos.

Clynn, sweet photo of owner and his cat that was found after the tornado. Terrible loss.  :'(

Tig, Puff, Lisa, Lori, Tsk, I pray you all are feeling better as each day goes by.

SED Eagles, glad your mom appt will be soon. Looking forward to pics of Delorean when completed.

Oldguy, Ryan Hall and Y'all squad posted the below on his twitter.
Today, we met with the mayor of Amory, MS & discussed how the Y’all Squad could help the town moving forward.
We also dropped off several pallets of generators, baby formula, and other supplies to be distributed to the locals by the awesome local FD.
We will be heading west, towards Rolling Fork tomorrow.
