tig - could not watch without signing up with tiktok...

Well, it's now 52!...I opened up the windows for a few.

Also finished my puzzle in 4-5 days.....hmm, it was addicting to both Chris and I.  It was harder than I thought but not insurmountable. 500 large piece Ravensburger puzzle.
Can you tell I'm all ready for winter and Christmas, LOL

Tomorrow will be almost as warm Ollie man. We shall tomorrow. Walked a long time yesterday so...

Grilling steak soon...

KB... Hmmm... Do you get a pop up that says open in app? I just clicked Not now... and the video played. Maybe Chris can help? No... I'm not on Tik Tok nor Instagram or any of those. My friend sent me the link.

BL - It's 42 miles from his apartment to new house, and with traffic that a lil over an hour drive.  And, from his new house to his work is 28 miles, and with traffic that is about a 35 minute drive.  He is working from home still, so he won't have to make that trek in yet.

baz - I had a feeling they lived someplace warmer, cause it was too COLD around these parts to be walking in short sleeves.  ;D

kb - Good job on the puzzle.  Jeff is out grilling chicken breasts.

Lisa festive cup this morning. Grilled chicken breast sound delish. Left over Chicken parmesan tonight, etc. Here's to an uneventful move for B, K and S an---Stewie  and Ziva too.

CLynn so glad Ed and Kelsey are home safely. The video of HD sheltering DH2 in the ice storm tugs at the heartstrings mightily. I remember watching ...as we all did.   Oh  Gosh. That cartoon for Karen. Look at those owlets.

KB thanks for the Snow Leopards---great snap by the trail cam. You are toasty.  ;)  Congrats on the puzzle -looks like loads of fun; grilled steaks  good weather for grilling

CLynn tks for posting 'Mighty M' brooding his egglets, for Karen this moring.

Karen how'd the doc appt go? Well I hope.  Nose will hurt for sometime although I 'baby' it. Hopefully, the EENT , if I get an appointment , will give me some direction on when I can take care of my sinsuses  and use my Rx. Maggie never leaves my side.  Where would we be without our kitties and pups?

Lori lovely tribute to 'Jane CR'. She added so much to the threads with her knowledge ---so helpful when I was a 'newbie'.

Puff  :)

Tsk tks. I missed the news programs today---RIP Norman Lear, thanks for the laughs. Advent work y'all do touches so many.

Lori " Feliz Naughty-Dog"   ;D    Wreath on doggie door ; Peace Christmas tree, indeed.

Hi Emy cute limmerick; nice seeing you.

TIG   Couldn't get into that link  :(

LORI   Those were some great Xmas funnies  LOL     Feliz Naughty dog was my fav.  LOL

EMY   WOW  Great to see you.  It has been a long time.  Very clever limerick.  ;D  Are you still doing bird counts?

KB   Good puzzle  ;D  Haven't even set up my table yet. :P   What a shame to see that typewriter shop close.  Another similar old craft - putting new heels and soles on shoes - gone in our town as of a few years ago.

Lisa, be sure the cats are=in a closed room or crate during the move!  Tgey get freaked outbwith the activity and many in the neighborhood have bolted, never to be seen again!   Same for the move out and move in!   Jmho
Phyl, apt went well!  The usual maneuvers and vibrator on the head.  I was admonished not to bend down, turn head, etc for 48 hours.  Very hard for me! shall see how I do!

Funny limerick Emy.  Good to see you and thanks for sharing!
I did not copy the picture of Mighty M.  It was one of many on the sefl Facebook page.  Thought the sky was pretty and he  was doing one of   His  favorite things.  Apologies to the gal who captured it and  shame on me for forgetting her name.   Big thanks to Clynn for posting it!

Waving to all. .  Seds

Karen - Hope you & Piper had a better night's sleep last night and wishing you a good evening tonight.  Our area had some sun, and now we are getting a little shower!! ;D   Yum! Georgia grown choc covered pecans - delicious!!

Puff - I bet it is a special experience to tour the USS Missouri.  You have been to and toured a lot of historical places!

Tsk - Yes, been seeing the tributes and remembrances on Norman Lear. RIP

Lani - Hope you & Mike got to have lunch together in the Valley!

Tig - Cute Dachshund jumping in the winter wonderland  ;D

Lori - Lots of great and funny comics today!! ;D ;D

LisaG - I like your idea to make the extra room, Sydney's room.  She will build beautiful memories of having that special room at her Grandparents home! :-*   It looks like Bradley's new house will be closer to his work?   Enjoy your delicious grilled chicken by Jeff!

Emyrauld - Great to see you!! ;D  Don't know why your Avatar isn't showing.  Does anyone else see it?

Bazi - Lovely tribute for JaneCR. :-*

kb - Love the puzzle - must have been lots of fun - very cute!! ;D   Enjoy your delicious dinner!

Phyl - Glad you are taking care and sweet Maggie staying by your side. :) :)

Tsk - You, Tim, and Lulu have a good evening. :-*

Karen - I was reminded of a sad event when you cautioned about moving the cat from one house to another.  Back when I was 10, my family moved to another house and our family cat who I was so attached to and loved so much, somehow got out of the house during the first couple of days, and I never saw her again.  I was so very sad.  I remember my Mom & I going door-to-door around the neighborhood showing a photo and asking if they had seen our cat, but of course, all of this was to no avail.  She was a pretty black & white cat and her name was Mitsie.

Beakers have a nice peaceful evening - SED's

Hi Beakers,
We're very tired from our trip to the valley. Mike had his MRI and 2 doctor appointments, lots of waiting.
Didn't plan on any shopping. Of course confirmed his lower spine has worsen. He has an appointment for a shot
on the 22nd. They need approval from insurance company.

Phyl, thanks for Pearl Harbor history, I'll always remember my family being part of the story... I'll watch the video this weekend... cute nature vid, cute little leggins moving quickly over the shore.... oh what a heartbreaking memory of HD protecting DH2 from the icy storm. It's always hard to watch during those times... sweet Christmas sweaters.

Tsk, God bless for all you do for others....  I'll decorate our tree this weekend. Mike takes about two cat naps a day and is in bed by 7pm. Then he's up at midnight for an hour.  :-\... I hope Tim gets some good zzzzs tonight.

Clynn, Happy to hear Ed and Kelsey arrived home  ;D ... no shopping for us, just Mike's doctor appointments. Traffic was terrible in Phoenix/Scottsdale, saw three car accidents...  that mama owl and babies are adorable. Nice area with a view. I hope it's not too hot for the owlets.

Kb, gorgeous cats! Fun puzzle! I would enjoy doing that one too.  ;D.... awww love the typewriter story. I've always regretted getting rid of my typewriter. There are times you just want to type a short note... end of an era.

Clynn and Karen, great pic of SWFL M doing nesting duties.

Lisa, you'd be amazed what you can get in the small U-Haul van. It's a good idea. What a busy week for Sydney's parents, baby, Stewie and Ziva. The cats are going to have a surprise too.... Jeff grilling chicken... We love grilling outdoors in the winter. Food always smells especially delicious.

Karen, I hope you had a good day  :) ... the sky is beautiful in the SWFL pic, it's a lovely pic and thanks for sharing  :-*

Puff, thank you for sharing your thoughts of December 7th remembrance and USS Missouri.

Tig, jumping through a winter wonderland! Adorable!  ;D .. I didn't have problems with the video. It had a couple of ads in front of it, I clicked the x, and was able to see the video. Oh he loves the snow.  :-*

Hi Eagles  :)

Lori, love your Christmas posts! Feliz Naughty Dog, VW, cartoons LOL!  ;D

Emy, great to see your post! Love the limerick! Do you still watch the birds? Peregrines?

I will be working at our women's educational fundraiser tomorrow. I'm in charge of food/kitchen, another busy day.
I won't be able to check in, I'm taking Sadie on a quick short walk at 6:30am, I need to get the ovens warming at the
church by 8:30am, serving brunch at 10am our auction of Christmas items at 11am.

Happy Heavenly birthday JaneCR
