Great pics, STL

Both HD and HM got a fish this morning.  HD took his to the T1 branch, and HM ate hers on that fallen log above the creek/steam area below the bluffs.

Beautiful scene starting the day at the hatchery - clear sky, lots of  sparkling stars, and now the sun rising. The day showing a lot of promise.  I hope to see more promising health reports from Lori, Lani, and now tsk.  Come on ladies, prayers being given by several here hoping for better/good reports.

Thanks T40, really enjoyed the vid.
What I want to know is how do folks take a snap of a rewind spot in these videos.   For YouTube, All I can think of  is using the 'snipping tool'.
Esp on Explore.org as once the snap is taken and atempt to save it looks like the present  feed, over and over again.

Am I making sense?

Signed,

Phyl, With my desktop PC, I've been using the Snipping tool in Windows 10 for years.  Now and then I add an arrow or some such label to a pic, and I use Paint for that and remember to Save or SaveAs. The Snipping tool will take a screen clip of anything that's on your screen.  Then you get to decide how to save it, as a PNG, or a JPG, etc.

Lisa, thanks for yesterday's view of HM with a fish on the log bridge.  I missed the closeup.  Until I learn of another official name for that area, I'm calling it the Fishing Corner.  My guess is HM in both of the pics this morning.

STL - Great pics and fishing corner sounds like a good name.

Phyl - I use a snipping tool too, just like STL.

Phyl - I've never, ever been able to take a reliable screen shot/snip of a YouTube video, no matter what software I was using. Either I'm clueless (wouldn't rule it out) or it's YouTube's way of protecting its content from pirates like me.

HM preening on a T1 branch at noon, for about an hour.  HD tested the nest, then perched on the Y where HM joined him.  I hoped for a mating dance, but they flew away to a tall, tall tree on the far side of the farm north of the horse barn.  You can see them as dots in the silo pic.

T40 - Lightshot screenshot tool works really well with YT.  That is what I use.

T40, here's a test pic from tulsaducati's YouTube, taken with the Snipping Tool just now and saved as JPG.  Looked pretty sharp on my PC screen.  One feature you might want to check is the Setting gear on the live feed video wherever you are watching.  The higher the number, the clearer the picture.  Some systems, like RRP & Explore let you change the default and others don't.
