Good morning Jewelies! Brrrrr it's cold outside! Luckily we only got a dusting of snow overnight. Now just have to get thru this bitter cold spell! Have to go out and fill the bird feeders. Poor birds. I wish they all flew south in the winter.

Cal, I didn't watch BBT Thursday but Crow did and he told me about it...you need to watch it! There's  a big surprise! :o Just finished watching Hyacinth. Today's episode was about Onslow's birthday party. Rose's boyfriend was going to pick everyone up in his limo but instead he came in his hearse because the limo needed a gear box change! Of course,
Hyacinth was mortified! Lol!  Going out to eat last night, I noticed several horses around here were all wearing coats. Do your girls wear coats? I probably already asked you that before. On Thursday's I watch British police/ lawyer drama shows on PBS. The show that comes on at 8pm is called Scott and Bailey. It is similar to our Cagney and Lacey with female detectives being the main characters. The one after that is called Silk. It's about a British law firm and the 3rd show is called Whitehall. It's another police detective but with mostly male detectives.  Sometimes I have to scribble down words they say and look them up later because they say some strange things! :o. Those 2 young bears arguing in the update looked like they were doing more than arguing!  :o

Jp, love the pic of Donna and her tree climbing babies! Hope as the temps rise today it helps you feel better!

Ra, we were supposed to drop Robin's car off at 8 am Monday morning at the body shop. Because they are predicting snow and then freezing rain Monday morn we dropped it off yesterday afternoon. Hope if your roads are bad you can just stay home, safe and sound! Yep, I watched Blacklist. It was pretty good and a little different. Now you have me wondering about Cheese Nips and Cheez Its! Lol!

Dlong, yay, so good to see your post! You were missed! Beautiful sky pic! And of course thank you for all the videos and panda pics! How interesting it is that you interview folks for fostering and adoptions! Have you ever rejected anyone? Lucky dogs to have you and your daughter looking after them and finding them forever homes. Hope your back feels 100% better real soon!

Willi, glad you are still in that beautiful new house!  :D

Hi Blschue! How you doing?

Above normal is good this time of year for temp Cal.

Rues, the British do have some "odd" to us words for things.  My friend that was in Australia did too, I loved it.  Over time I had less to google  :D  I always got a kick out of" gobsmacked" from a friend that was originally from England and moved back there.  Good luck with your weather, you sure don't need freezing rain besides snow.

Dlong, I forgot to mention that yesterday about your interviewing for pet adoptions and fostering!  How neat!

+3 and wind chill is -7, funny how that feels so much better than last night, but the sun helps.  Our "warm up" starts tomorrow until we reach 46 on Friday and then it'll cool down.  Wonder if that will come about!

Dlong, just remembered I forgot to answer your question about Mercy Street...yep, I watch it after Downton! I have PBS on  right now and they are showing Sunday's previews of the show!

Nora, I watched one of the British comedies this morning and had to look up "Paris green"...it's an insecticide and rodenticide! Who knew that? Lol! Gobsmacked is one of the first ones I googled! That's a fun one to say! Lol!  I hope we all get to warm up and stay warmed up!

Ted, Honey, Holly, Websites - UPDATE February 13, 2016

Ted looking at Lynn Rogers
Ted looking at Lynn Rogers
At the Bear Center, Ted heard me clank his gate and lifted his head out of the straw just enough to see me with both eyes. I said "It?s me, bear." He didn?t say anything back. He just tucked his head deep in the straw again. It was 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Honey was already sitting up when I clanked her gate coming in. She paid little attention. At Lucky and Holly?s den, the only view was a wall of straw. From Lucky and Holly?s den cam, Lily Fans captured 3 videos (13 minutes) of Holly?s activity and Lucky?s reactions.

The websites are back up after the many hours it took to switch to the new hosting company. Everything seems to be working well. Our webmaster made the move to escape the hackers that were targeting the previous hosting company. We think we?ll be okay now.

Thank you for all you do.

Happy Valentines Day, Jewelies! It was 3 degrees outside this morning! It's warming up now...15! :o The sun is shining so brightly on that snow and giving me a headache! I don't need any help getting headaches, I get them without help from Mother Nature!

Cal, love the pretty horse Valentine! I watch Doc Martin on Saturday night at 10. I love Doc Martin and all the characters! The new season 8 just started a couple weeks ago. As for Doctor Who, I've never watched it. It's been on for decades and has a cult like following sorta like Star Trek Trekkies! I'm with you, it's a shame there are so many crooked people out there! It makes me so mad and sad the way some people act. Always trying to get something for free. I hate myself for always second guessing someone's motives now. I didn't use to be like that. :(  Forgot to answer your question yesterday....yep, Boo got Little Debbie fancy cakes, heart shaped! He loved them and we did, too! :D. Great pics in the update!

Jp,  thank you for the beautiful Valentine and Lily and babes pic!

Mp, thank you for your beautiful Valentine, too!
