Hi cal... Game is at 3:30.  I think I can probably get the snake stuff here... One of my customers found a snake in their garage and told me that's what they got to keep it away.  Ewww!! lol

i was kinda watching this movie on the western channel since it was free this weekend bolero dean martin love him and jimmy stewart love him too and rachel welch she was good in it it ended sadly sorry i watched it but nice to see them and the horses. like hopalong cassidy seeing the horses and he would talk to the camera at the end of his show now drink your milk do what your mom and dad say stuff like that saying he doesnt sing i think comparing him to roy rogers and i love roy. love watching roy get up on trigger just right up there. in swoop once i could do that too oh griz is .....barking and barking

Good morning everyone- chilly out here- 30 and outside cats ready to eat.  We watched a ton of football yesterday. I saw this morning that Northwestern got beaten by Michigan State. Northwestern had been unbeaten.

Also saw a Steeler was positive for ykw.  Conner- a running back. So who knows when the game can be played. Rescheduled twice already. 

cal- i've only had one test for covid and it wasn't traumatic at all. Took off my mask and the technician swabbed up my nose- both sides. Done. The traumatic part was the positive. It's funny how my thinking works- when i knew i had to quarantine for 10 days i assumed that after that i would be back to normal. Pretty basic thinking- as i do more research  i realize this stuff may hang on. Previously winter colds and flu may last 3 weeks but for some bizarre reason my mind said covid will be over when quarantine is over.

My cough is pretty much gone but hubby still has his. We haven't been taking our temp but we both feel that is gone too. I only took one 30 minute nap yesterday but then had a rough time getting to sleep last night. Hubby basically slept from about 2 pm yesterday and is still in bed. He got up shortly before i went to bed but he came back to bed before i fell asleep.

hi lupe good ykw test did not hurt you jim said they hurt him shoving that swab up his nose and he told them you hurt me again and i wont be back guess they got his point. abby at my dentist office said she got the spit test i would have no problem with that yes justines daughter who was in icu with it she is young still in high school got better home but still has some problems. so i think depends on the person. i heard steelers playing tuesday now but who knows chiefs are playing just showed patrick and team in florida. i got a cough like in my lungs and im tired but no fever go chiefs!

Hi ev1,  Good to hear from Lupine again.  Will keep praying for comfort for her and hubby.  Sounds good so far.  Just hope it stays that way.  I got my second shingles shot today.
  I asked the pharmacist about the covid ten day period.  He did not give a very clear answer to what it means.  If I find out I will post.

This was a day of a nice brunch with Donna and a lot of paperwork at the WRI. The high point while sitting at my desk was when a Common Redpoll with an unusually pink breast for this non-breeding time of year landed just outside my window. I couldn?t help snapping a picture.
