Ted
Ted
As Ted got his straw today and settled into it in comfort, people were asking what retirement means for him. Actually, not a big change. We keep him separated from Lucky, but when Lucky is in his enclosure, Ted can walk down to the pond and viewing area if he wants to. But at his age and waning agility, he is not as inclined to do that as he was previously. So he will have senior citizen room service for his meals. People (including Behind-The-Scenes tours) will still come up to see him when he is up for it. Sharon and our veterinarians are watching over him. Ted seems in good health except for some difficulties walking due to arthritis.
ColorsOut the window here, trees brightened this cloudy day.
Thank you for all you do,
