Baz, there was less smoke today, clear skies, cold weather is helping to keep smoke down. 8300+ acres burned 23% contained. But, compared to what's going on in CA, so sad and tragic. I can barely watch the news. 😢 ... wonderful post for Kay and Clynn... those brownies

Dear Lord, we ask for Your protection over those in harm’s way. Shield every person, every family, every child, animal and wildlife caught in the path of these flames. Guide them to safety and provide shelter for the displaced.
Please help the firefighters, emergency responders, and volunteers who risk their lives daily to combat the flames. Strengthen them with courage and endurance, and surround them with Your divine protection. May their efforts be fruitful, and may they find rest and peace amidst their labor. Amen
