Tsk and Tim.  Happy New Years Eve to you 2 also.

We aren't going anywhere near the ball drop on this type of drookit evening.
Hanging in the "manger" with some fuzzy creatures and some pickers.

Some acoustic and harmonica hay bail thumping has begone.

Ty said U gotta check this out.

Stepped outside the barn beams with the safe glow inside.

Into 40° F sideways rain with the hillsides rumbling of thunder and flashing lightning with my very dear friend wit our kit on.

You could already tell all of the critters for a mile around inside and outside where ready to groove. Mother Nature set the beat.

We smoked ourselves a J and took a pull of JD off of a Tyrone's hip flask.

We both pondered having grown up around here for more than a few decades.

When is the last time you heard thunder like that on New Years Eve ?

~ About a month ago bro is all he said as we rejoined the beams the pickers and the now dancing fuzzy creatures.  :)

We haven't smiled that hard in a long time rock n roll it into 2025.  8)

Tsk--'more puzzles...'  LOL I aim to please.

{{{Puff}}}

Lisa--y'all may have to add some extra accommodations to the Kitty B & B

Lani--nice hot tea this AM

Karen/ Piper--good news on the two filter issues;  Luv the Peanuts
Tks for SWFL ...Oh little ones. It certainly is a big world out in the blue skies.  :-*

Jim's snoozing in his Lazy Boy downstairs. He's not staying  up for ball drop or anything. He's been up since 4am for work and said it was
a really busy day and all. So my old fella is really tuckered out. I won't wake him for awhile and the he'll turn in.  I'll be up for a while as usual.

Clynn, pretty morning pics.... Thanks for the History Daily. 61st floors back in 1932, brave men.

{{{Puff}}} :-*

Phyl, I hope you had a better day... beautiful morning posts would make great puzzles.... Thanks for RRP blog, Eagle with one foot. I pray it is still thriving. Reminds me of Berry Mom eagle and Lucy at Eagles4kids cam. Both females had one damaged talon. I loved watching them.  :'(

Tsk, please send rain our way.  ;D .. LOL Tim took care of his doggie bag when you weren't looking.  ;D Happy New Year!

Hi Lisa  :-*

Tig, I was taking care of our 2025 calendar too. Mike never looks.  ;D

BL, thanks for the weather update. I wish we were getting some of that moisture.. geez it's been weeks and no clouds in sight... Sounds like you and Pip are enjoying the last few moments of 2024 and starting new memories into 2025.

Phyl, Mike has been sleeping since 8pm... long work day too, and my car battery died. Car is in the garage and we'll have to get someone here on Thursday... sigh... we just fixed Mike's car two weeks ago for a few $$$$.00..

{{{Karen and Piper}}} It has been a good year, good to have you back with us...  Happy New Year to Piper! And to SWFL babies :-*.
