tsk - no I don't transition plants from outside to garage before inside.

I don't have the room in my garage for plants and vehicle. Will never leave vehicle outside garage as that would surely invite a break in where I live.

Phyl - of course I've tried all organic tx both inside and out, until they don't work.

Lani - sent you a PM..

We have a pest control co. coming Thursday am to identify and treat...will have to live with them until then.

Happy Day, Beakers!

Clynn, that's sad news about the Sydney Sea Eagle juvies. Tough history at that nest.  :( :-*  Glad Becky and Jennifer and their fuzzies are home safe and sound.

TSK, what in the world about The Owl Pole!?!?!?  I wonder who made that big mistake, and why - and when it will go back up?!?!? Fingers crossed!!  P.S. I will visit you at the home, and send reports back to Tim and Lulu.  ;D ;D ;)

Lani, you might have to start a savings account for next year's Cozies!!  ;) ;) :D  Their pricing will make them that much more of a special treat, for sure!  Hope Mike has a happy game night for his birthday!  :)  Aww, eggs already at the Alby nests!!  :-* :-*  Guess we will have to stay in suspense on the Couples Cam Reveal later on.  ;) :D

Lisa, I hope your trip is going smoothly!

I'm behind schedule today! I went out this morning for a quick - quick! - hello to my neighbor who was walking her chihuahua, Penny Sue (LOL! Penny Sue is a real hoot!), and that turned into a 45 minute BIG deal, including chasing down her Maine Coon cat, Lily, who escaped, because my neighbor did not close the door behind her when she took Penny Sue out for her morning constitutional! Oh, did I mention that Lily can't be touched or picked up... unless you have heavy bandages on standby - and the wounds will come from her giant claws, and her canines!!  :o :o ::) A gorgeous cat - should be tattooed with the message, "Do Not Touch!! Do Not Even Look Like Your Hand Might Touch!!"  :o Scooting, begging, cajoling, tempting with treats, etc. were all met with failure as Lily just squatted where she wanted and glared with her swishing tail. I finally did the "Herding Cats" thing with my neighbor's Swiffer!! !! !! There sure was a great meme opportunity there for anyone with a camera phone nearby! Geez.  ::)  Penny Sue escaped through the open door while I was being watched herding cats, so I had to stop and go chase her down and return her to her home... and close the dang door, y'all!  :o This neighbor (as of 1 year ago) seems not to have a very firm handle on managing much of her day-to-day activities. Yes, she has an adult son (married with kids) living in town. I don't see him as often as I think he needs to be seen there helping. Hush my mouth. My opinion not requested.  ::)  8) Oh, and her cataract procedure is tomorrow morning. I will be taking her for that at 5:30 AM!!! And back again that afternoon for her 1:00 PM follow-up appointment!!

Waving to All the Beakers! So my morning got rearranged, and I'm late to get out for some errands, so I'm off for that now... and then maybe a walk. Sunny skies!  :)

Yeah, Baz. that was the bison pastrami. I had the bacon summer sausage yesterday!

More pruning in the garden finished today. And bills paid.

We are going to visit the old standby that closed during the pandemic and has finally reopened (with financial help from many customers like us)  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mickey%27s_Diner

baz, I am chuckling at the picture in my head of you chasing a huge cat with a swiffer!  LOLOL!  I have the same issue with the Vicky across the street, there is no such thing as a short conversation.  ;D Great to hear that Lil' Punkin is on her way home!

tig, oh my, that sandwich looks delish! And the gorgeous view of Lake Superior!  Looks like a well attended event according to camper's drone pic!

tsk, yes, that is Molly and Lucy in the cat carrier in the car. That is the only time they cuddle together!  No, you cannot go to the home!  We all do the same thing, I promise!  Jeanne will make you laugh!   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWCRZjUGVO4   Not the Owl Pole! I hope it gets put back, that is Iris's dining room!

Clynn - clarification.  ;D  Not Camper's drone. It was a professional's drone providing pics to the MNHS Youtube site I was watching on my cell phone. I took a screen shot of the live broadcast. Camper was taking pics at the overlook, I was safe and warm in the car a few feet away. LOL.

BAZI   Best news of the day today.  So glad to hear they will be home today.  Make sure that "dang door" is closed tomorrow when you Uber your neighbor to cataract surgery.  Can't imagine that you got Lily into the confines. What a description of her!!  Swiffer needs to pick up on another use for their product   ;D ;D

TIG   Great shots - HUGE sandwich and very yummy looking.  Love that porch scene.  Quite a lot of folks attending per drone.  Glad Mickey's found a way to stay open via the generosity of patrons.

CLYNN   They don't get any funnier than Jeanne Robertson  ;D ;D

Can't tell you how much I enjoyed that Jeanne Robertson clip, clynn  She always keeps you laughing and smiling.  What a funny performer/person.  It has to have been funny at schoolclass.

I remembered the rafting saga.  Don't recall the bat story at all.  She made a lot of ladies pee their pants I'm sure.   Good way to end the day.  Thanks!

Good Evening Beakers

I made it to the outskirts of Atlanta around 4:30pm.  The drive was not too bad, just a lil traffic on 1-285 around Atlanta.  I am heading out hopefully by 5:30am tomorrow, as Ashley can sign her lease at 1pm tomorrow.

tsk - Thank you for the safe ride.  :-* I have a lil guardian angel metal in my car, and I like to think it is watching over me as I travel.  :)

Phyl - Thank you  :-*  So sad to hear about the Sydney eaglets!

karen - Thank you  :-*  Aww, what a nice neighbor.  Yes, he did his good deed!

tig - Glad to see you and Camper are home safe. Wow, the sandwich!

Lani - Congrats to SWFL on egg #2!  Is Shannon all moved out of her place now?  Thanks for the Royal update!

baz - We had an idea that the move-in date for niece would be 11/15, the leasing agent was just waiting on one more thing from Ashley, which she got today.  If she was not approved I was going to head back home tomorrow, but looks like I am heading the rest of the way now.   :D So happy to hear that Punkin and family on headed home.

kb - We get lil gnats in our house this time of the year when the leaves fall of the tree and lay on the front lawn.  They look like fruit/drain flies, but they aren't.  They will drive you insane, till they go away! At least that is what they do me  ;D  I put out a mixture of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap, cover the bowl with plastic and poke holes with a fork.  They are very attracted to it.

clynn - Your jewelry sounds lovely.

Puff, oldguy, Lori - Good to see ya!

Off to bed, so I can get up early for the next leg of the trip.   :)
