So our dear friends 'the Smiths' who have had blueys up near Cripple Creek, CO for 25+ yrs said:

Doofus is 6 going on 7 mid Jan 2025.

He is the only bluey in all of our years of that wouldn't/couldn't/can't/won't catch a snowball.

All other catchable objects bang catch. Balls sticks trees avalanches even. 

Raised full on in the snow as a pup at this elev.

We had his eyes checked and the whole 9 yards.

Name just stuck.

tsk I've truly been blessed with 3 remarkable dogs in my lifetime.

Cute as a Button's our childhood sheepdog. 15 yrs.

I got me a coffee table GI Joe mark.

They tell me only if U had let go.

Sambuka a flat coated retriever. 18 yrs

Sambuka had twice as many paw miles as my brokenlugs ever have.

Kopje is going to be about 30 seconds old if he doesn't simmer down there ham boy.
