Tsk, it's been two years since I changed the batteries... 4 of them started to go dim, I ordered the batteries, then I change them all at the same time. I worry the owls have taken over SWFL territory.... I was my mom's helper too. Did the same thing with the diapers as you did. Even washed them in the wringer washing machine.
