Phew!   Long day today.  3 couples mini golf tourney ended up in a 3 way tie if you can believe that!!!  We gave the trophy to my Green Bay brother for his 3 holes in one  LOLOL  ( I must brag that I had one as well)

LISA   How long did the ride over the bridge to shop take?  I can imagine the madhouse.  Glad you are home safe.

EAGLES  A busy and productive day ahead.  We get recycling at the curb here with stuff in a special bin labeled as such.   No battery recycling here anymore  :(

PUFF   Thanks for typing out the recipe - Now I can just cut and paste  ;) ;)

LANI    Lynn writes so well and takes good pics too.  esp that sharp shinned.   Love yesterday's pic of UG   So sweet.

BAZI   My grandpa would always ask grandma for a second piece of that pie she served for dessert as there was something wrong with the first piece and he had to find out what it was  LOLOL   As children our faces would always look at grandpa in anticipation of this request...

TIG   Great pic of the solitary orange pine. You were really solitary out there.   Stunning pics as always - Did he use a drone?

Boy, that Kanai is really rushing tonight.  Actually looks dangerous - but there's still one hungry bear getting a meal.

TSK... no, he is just really tall. LOL. Just kidding. Yes, he has a DJI P4 Pro, new in 2017.  :D. It was working very hard to stay stable in the wind above the mountain. Luckily, my set of eyes kept him away from a drone eating tree by the cabin... whose height he had misjudged. There is an object avoidance system but it is not as sensitive near the top of a tree with leaves.
Congrats on your hole in one!

We are in the basement in Center Point... there have been 3 tornado's touched down so far.  They look small to me.  The wall cloud has moved up a little.  Raining and windy right now and got very dark all the sudden.  :o Storm is moving 20 mph very slow.  I think we are in the clear now, it's moving northwest  torwards Wisconsin ;D... be safe all!!!   :P Hugs & love...

Lani = I'm wondering if UQ fledged....watched him for the last few hours. He walked up the hill and out of sight...flapping his wings along the way.

Sending good vibes for the Jeff household and Bazi/Zippo and Puff.  Maybe a noisy night---the snacks should help. ;) Do take care.

Lani I missed the post about UQ Tks for sharing Lady Hawk's photo and narrative. UQ looks good-real good. I am fascinated  by the way UQ surveys his surroundings . A smooth side to side sweep. Much like a radar scan.  Supplemental feedings  ;)

Lisa LOL 'Autumn mood'.  ;D  Have you seen the Autumn colored M & Ms. ? The next place I'll check is Wal-Mart.

Lori ' Happy Nat'l Hobbit Day to you , too!   ;) Cute video of the rescue puppies     thanks for  your local weather update I sure hope you're right about being in
                 the   "Clear'.  Take care.

I drove down to Lowe's and got two replacements for the wicker planter on the front porch.
Then we went to Publix and each got our RSV and Influenza vaccines. Jim's concern about the new CoVid booster as in some folks it can cause some major heart issues.  He already has the AFib and CHF twice. All I've read is this one is risky. Neither of us is keen on this one. I said,  He just needs to T/T his PCP and express his concerns.
If his ankle isn't much better by Monday I suggested he see his doc on that one too.

Tig, Congratulations Camper! Beautiful pic of North Oberg Mtn

SED Phyl, Beautiful good night pic! Prayers for you, Miss Maggie and Jim.

SED Lisa, Puff, Karen :)

Lori, Love National Hobbit Day! Love the little boy building a hobbit home for his three rescue pups.. Take care during these storms!  :-*

Tsk, A fun day! Congratulations for the hole in one!  ;D

Kb, UQ hasn't been seen for two hours, they keep searching the hills. My last pic of him was at 4:48 pm their time. I snipped it as he was going to the left of the cam. And then they lost him. Never saw him again.  :(. ... it's so strange not seeing him sitting at his favorite spot staring out to sea.

I took this pic today, New Zealand time was 9:26 am

UQ wakes up and does a lot of preening of his feathers & stands up and shakes out his wings with the raindrops. Enjoy some beautiful closeup coverage of UQ looking wet but oh so cute as he sits on his comfy place in the grass & shakes the raindrops off his feathers & does a paddle scratch 🙂💕 It was a calm day with no wind so no hovering or flight practice for the chicks. UQ seemed to be content to hang out in his spot just below the hill 🙂 💚 Thank you for watching!

Good night! I'd like to think UQ is one of the albies soaring the skies with his friends  :-*

Good Caturday Beakers

While Lori had some excitement this past evening with tornadoes and heavy rain/flooding (hope she came through it unscathed) I managed nothing but .06 from 2 very small showers in the morning.  More chance for rain Sat evening into Sun morning (.5)
