70 heading to 87  Dew point 68  - Light showers this AM - partly sunny

PHYL  Do you sit on your front porch regularly?  Meals too?   Thanks for posting Robin's visit.  We always used to see her there.

CLYNN   Honey - the basics - eating , sleeping, litter.  All good.  Bless her heart.  What an amazing osprey story.  Esp that after two weeks, the parents still came back!!!  Happy ending. :D  Is Kelsey excited to leave tomorrow?

Just a chillin sea otter!...to me, also looks like it's praying...

Yah!...wait for it..............8 whole minutes of rain fell last night!..watched it on my camera video...small hail as well.....but 3/4 inch in my rain gauge!...

Air quality bad today through tomorrow...Canadian smoke again....may head to the NE down the road?..

Jeff and Lisa - hope you have a celebratory day!..

Clynn - wonderful osprey story and amazing the parents returned after all that time...but, they said they spotted the parents in the area.

kb - Thank you  :-*  Wow, that a alot of rain for 8 minutes. 

tsk - Thank you  :-*  We area headed to 85° today, and it says we are going to get rain for an hour.  I don't see it happening at a 30% chance. 

clynn - Thank you  :-*  Love the story about the osprey's getting a new nest. If I don't see you later on, or tomorrow morning  - have a safe trip to your Mom's!

Phyl - Love your Happy Weekend pic.  Thanks for RRP post.  Jeff has decided that it is best if I don't take his work laptop.  He is off Mon-Thurs, but will still check in as he usually does when he is not working.  He said, what happens if something happens to my desktop here at home, then I will have to go in the office cause you have my laptop.  True...so I understand. 

baz - I hope you are feeling better each day.

E4E - I have my new shirts packed that I bought for the trip, and a lil gift for tsk, and that is it so far.   ;D  I do need to get busy and get away from the PC.  Jeff and I are heading out soon to get groceries and things he will need for the week, and whatever else I need to take with me.  I wanted to do all my running around today, and relax tomorrow before the long drive on Sunday.  We have ordered a dozen of jumbo steamed crabs, as our anniversary present to each other.  We will have them for lunch tomorrow.   :D

Phyl - Your front porch will be nice, pretty, & comfortable with the changes you are making - enjoy the summer! 8)  I have not known anyone to use 'Got Junk' to come and pick up something, let me know if it all works out as easy as they show on their commercials. ;) :)

Clynn - I just read that Kay's sister used 'Got Junk' to haul out stuff - sounds like it all worked out for everyone. :)    Thank you for the story of the Osprey babies getting reunited with their parents - thank you to all the wonderful folks that helped make it happen.  ;D :)

Kb - Cute Otter!  Yaaayy - so glad for the rain you were wishing for!! ;D

LisaG - I didn't realize that the laptop is Jeff's work laptop, it is understandable - thank for the explanation (although you shouldn't feel you need to explain) :)   You are such a detail and organized person, I am not surprised that you have packed stuff ahead of time and stocking up on groceries for Jeff!

Happy Anniversary Lisa and Jeff!  I raise my coffee cup to another joyous year!.what a year this has been what with birthing the kittens
and all!  Btw, have you seen pepe la pew lately?  Piper sends hugs and kisses and thanks you for reminding her new mama of her name?  She loves it!
Clynn,Great story on the ospreys, pictures of the kiddies and the collectibles!  Bella and the tomato was great!
Lori, I ate the whole pecan pie!  Loved it almost as much as the ones my mother made.,i am sorry for your family squabbles!  Remind them that grandma is still alive and entitled to her money.  Life s short.
Hot and humid here!  Same, same! 
Glad you all survive  the tornados…tsk and puff.
Manaaki is a cutie!  Big girl.

Did a little tour of the new trails and areas. Now I'm hanging out with the golf cart while Camper shops. It will be much busier the next few days.

These Black Forest cupcakes have a rich chocolate cupcake filled with a cherry Kirsch compote, then topped with whipped cream! low sugar ;D
