Baz and Bl, so far, no damage!  At least from what I have seen!  Also, the back yard used to hold water a lot and none visible!  The soil, sand must have been very dry, very deep so this rain should be very good for trees and other deep rooted plants.   At least I didn’t have to water my satsuma!   Do not think I will have any fruit this year.  Bl, you are right about the pines!

As far as I know, Mickey is still in NYC.  Some how mossed he morning plane to Chicago.   Shoukd be home now but, not so!   Believe she enjoyed her trip to the holy land but her travel doesnt seem to have been the best!
My vertigo is back!  No appointment with ent is available so .i am on the waiting list!

Think the tornado watch is over now but the floodalert is still on!  The withlacochee , don't you know!   Heavyrain and thunderstorms beginning again in 20 minutes!

Tsk, hope you enjoyed your visit to the zoo!  My last zoo visit was in San Diego with highschool friends!  Maybe 6 years ago!

CLYNN   " critersizing"  LOLOL  Waiting for munchkins pics  ;D

KB   I remember the backstory - Glad Chris can now resume without mask.  My route to Milw is xway all the way.  Yes the crazies are everywhere.

NR   Sorry to hear about the loss at WF nest. :(

KAREN   How nice of that sprinkler guy to offer you the good grass.  :)  You are having quite the weather!

LANI  Fun and interesting Bear reports.  I wonder with all the work that they are putting into these new dens - what if they aren't used?? LOL
Oh no More drama at Hellgate.   That Louis  :P

PUFF   What fun behavior that little finch displayed  :D

BAZI   Looks just like you!!  LOLOL  Cute pic.   Black Forest cake vs carrots - seriously  NOT   Does the tennis US open start this week?  I know the golf one got underway today.

Needed to borrow a sweatshirt from SIL as it was only 61 in Milw with a breeze and no sun..Yikes  Turned out to be a nice day anyway.  Animals not too active but always a fun walk.

Nice day with the Munchkins! Ed took them to the park, I played with Bella and her LOL/Barbies later and Talon played on the laptop. Bella wanted mac n' cheese at 9:30!

tsk, 61, that is a bit chilly! We had a day like that last week! I am going crazy without my pc, I am tired of this laptop! I should have it Saturday!

karen, glad to hear you missed the really bad weather!

Dang, I was almost done with my post and half of it poofed. I hate typing on this laptop!

Phyl, I didn't give Honey the in the ear med this morning, I wanted to see if maybe that was why she wasn't acting herself, and she was better today! And she didn't throw up. If she starts, I will ty a half dose.

baz, I think I could have picked you out of your kindergarten picture without your direction!

Lani, you are so good to keep us up on the Royal Albatross nest! And I love reading the Bear Report! I wonder if that Hellgate FB poster accidentally got an older pic in that post... dang, I was so hoping Iris had finally found a mate she liked...

Puff, birds, cats and dogs give us all such joy!

Tsk glad you had a nice day at the zoo. We;ve been to the Nashville Zoo from time to time over the years
And, sometimes the wildlife is active and others they just 'look' at u s.   ;D

CLynn  almost sounds like Samantha and her eplipsy meds. One day I notice how lethargic and unhappy she was so
I just stopped them. The next day she was her old self and no seizures either---ever.   Nice munchkin photos.
So frustrating to loose posts--I empathize.
Good news on the PC. Although I've often thought having a laptop would be a time saver for me
Nice rescue story from  Lewiston Fire Department   :)
From this AM, " critersizing"  too funny

OG thanks for links will view in AM;  always ejjoy the QKids

Puff, love your bird story. Mike and I could watch our hummingbirds for hours. Especially, one particular male that spends more time chasing and defending the feeder, than actually drinking from it.

Tsk, I think the Black Bear Center decided to build the dens in an enclosed area, because Tasha loves to hibernate in her homemade built dens rather than the houses they've provided the bears. This last two years Holly has taken Tasha's dens and she's had to build new dens late in the fall. I think they are hoping both girls will take to the enclosed dens. Glad you and family had a nice day at the zoo.

Baz, sweet school pic "those were the days my friends!"  ;D  I can see family resemblance between you and your great niece "Lil Punkin"

Karen, I hope Mickey is home by now.... sorry to hear you're having vertigo issues, I hope you can get help soon. Be safe from the weather... hugs  :-*

Clynn, the munchkins look great! Love seeing Honey with Bella, sweet pics.... I'll have mac & cheese too.  ;D ... sorry about your laptop, I'm still having trouble with my keyboard. Aly told me to consider getting a new one.... I think Iris did like the New Guy and accepted him, but he's gone.  :( .... great osprey rescue. That was sad to see. Glad it's okay .

BL  :)

Oldguy, thank you for the videos, I'll watch them tomorrow, but i did enjoy the new Walter Santi video.

SED Phyl Rest in Peace Bob

A look in on the eyeases at GSB finds 'somebody' getting braver and braver out there on
what I call 'the launching ledge'.

Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, Iris...I don't know what to say... We long to see babies in that nest... In the 2 Estonia osprey nests Iirma & Ivo's nest has no cam, waiting on a part and no one ever showed up at Marko & Miina's nest. I remember the first year we watched, it was Madis & Piret. Found these pictures of the 2012 nest, Elo, Uno and Nori... Do you believe it's been 11 years...

https://youtu.be/BDfBdUyFS58    https://youtu.be/VhL_gxyMKVU

Puff, Mom's chair sits to the side of the picture window with a great view of the bird feeder that is attached to the window. She has another chair she uses directly across from the window. I cant tell you how much enjoyment she gets just watching the birds at the feeder. I also attached a hummingbird feeder to the deck railing last year!

Phyl, did Anthony fledge? It sure looks like it! Love the chickens! Looks like the GSB kids are just about ready to go!

oldguy, going though your great entertainment! Thanks for all you post for our enjoyment!

Wild Heart Ranch - It’s like elf on a shelf but with a Keebler…

Momo - One of my most requested prints. ❤️
I was stuck in Albuquerque after my tire blew out on a desert road an hour outside of Roswell, New Mexico. We were stranded the same week of the Balloon Fiesta, something I never knew I wanted to experience until it was happening. Never underestimate the potential of a breakdown.

Good Morning Beakers......T.G.I.F.!!!!!!!!!!!

Lani
- Aww, I am sad to read the new guy is gone from Hellgate.

oldguy - Thanks for the videos.

clynn - Looks like a fun day with the Munchkins  :D  Mmmm, mac and cheese!  So glad that osprey was rescued.

tsk -  Hope you can get that buffering fixed.  We had that same problem a while back when watching NetFlix, and it was a real pain.  I have a few more things to get today, and then will be set to prep the food.

Phyl - Jeff will have M&B while I am gone, no kittens.  They will be at AC by then.  Jeff works from home on Friday's, so he took vacay days Mon-Thurs to be with M&B.  Almost prepared for baby shower.  Check the GSB nest box now...Thomas is on the top!!

karen - I hope you can get in for the vertigo.  I need to ask Mama what they did for her.  She got it while on a trip to the mountains.

E4E - Jeff is a big help.  And, he even likes to cook and prep, so that is a plus!

baz - Thanks!

tig - Awww, Mama and baby deer
