Clynn, My mother taught me to do hula, not Tahitian dancing, which is what Oldguy posted. My sister and her daughter were professionals, and did Tahitian dancing too. Especially my niece, who danced professionally for Hilton Hawaiian Village... Here in Hawaii, girls and boys are taught to do traditional Hawaiian/Maori/Tahitian dancing starting at toddler age.
