No second hatch yet, but the pip is larger today that yesterday.  Hatchling #1 seems OK.

Both chicks seem OK, moving around a little, parents attentive.

Parent TVs talk to their chicks with low-pitched grunts.  On rewind, listen while parent grooms one of the chicks.  It's all good.

Aren't they so cute in such an ugly way, like all babies are cute.

Nora, check the date of your photo. Off by a month?

TV chicks are 19 and 18 days old today, I believe.  Looking OK.
They fledge in 60 to 84 days according to AllAboutBirds.com.  That's a 2-week range!

Clarinda, great to see the vulture chicks starting to explore the barn loft!
They stand up and clump around, raise and stretch wings starting to show black feathers.
They were in about the same place most of today.
