Thanks Cal for the pic of Chippy's kitty Lucky! What a cutie! You and Polly have fun with your game tonight! I'll ask Robin what she knows about the new Potter books!

Ra, the last time we went to Cabela's I got a tiny flashlight and a bag of candy! Crow returned a pair of lined hunting pants that he had gotten online. He was hoping to get a pair of moose moc house slippers like his old worn out ones but they don't carry them anymore. Kind of bummed him out! Lol!

Obsver, we will be in a tropical paradise Sat, too! Suppose to be in the 60's! Wahoo! Weather man says don't get use to it though because another snow storm is coming next week! Booooo!

Cole and Ember are on my mind and I found this picture of Cole, last year.

Chippy, what a great story about the little kitten.  These exceptionally cold days are so hard on our animal friends.  You really saved her life.  I believe the good Lord led her to your house.  I send my prayers for Joe and your Mom.  May his treatments be 100% effective and may she be free of complications.

For all of you, wishes for a top notch Thursday.  That is what I am going to have.

Honey, Holly, Entryway - UPDATE February 17, 2016

Honey
Honey
The staff snapped a picture of Honey looking good today in her den.

Holly made progress on her right rear foot. I believe she has removed two of the two pads in addition to the main foot pad she completed yesterday. click for video (3 minutes) or if that doesn't work, try this link http://on.fb.me/1U99G80

In this 15-minutes of Holly and Lucky playing, the lens looks smeared. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPQ2NmD1Ztk&feature=youtu.be

Final Truss   Entryway   Entryway
For the log entrance, staff caught the third truss being lifted into place.
Plans are being made to work on the remaining 2 miles or so of nature trails this summer with the help of volunteers. I don?t know how much we can get done, but we?d like to put identifying signs on many trees and by many plants and other items of interest in addition to making the trails as handicapped friendly as possible. It is exciting to think of how things are coming together with help from Lily Fans and others willing to share the dream.

Thank you for all you do.

Good morning Jewelies! The sun is shining! Yay! Could reach 40 today but tomorrow 60! Another yay!

Chippy, you are a kind soul. You did save Lucky's life! I'm so happy that Patches recovered. It's so scary when our fur babies are ill. How's that Brady dog doing? Come see us when you can!

Cal, lucky you with 70 degrees today! Get out the shorts and crank up the lawn mower! Lol! Poor little broken kitty in the dog shame! :o Honey and those foot pads! Wish she'd get done with them! The bear center is going to be one beautiful place. Would love to go there! What beautiful blue skies at the center. With your warm weather today bet you have some pretty blue skies, too!

Jp, good pic of Cole. I wonder how Ember and Cole are doing!

Got some things to do this morning so I'll bbl! Have a nice day everyone! :) What a cute cat pillow!

Hi Cal, Medicare pays 12 weeks for cardiac rehab.  There IS a phase 3, he's in phase 2, but nowhere around here.  The doctor feels Joe will be ready for his shoulder surgery.  It could be therapy is longer for that?  Maybe it depends what was done, I think your shoulder was worse than his.  Time will tell.  :)

JP you said "Did you know that Florida is the only place in the world where crocs and gators share the same habitat?"  I had no idea of that.  Does it make a difference as to the water?  I thought I read one time that one likes salt and the other fresh water??  Interesting.

Obsver, rehab/stressful for Joe, he loves it.  Yesterday they upped his time again and also added some incline to the treadmill and he also does the bike.  The streets around here have been bad for walking, so he's enjoying this.

Neat about your kitty Chippy, sure is pretty!  It sounds like you have a lot of pet love going on there.  "Other side".  I got confused, do you have duplex, well side-by-side?  I hope your Joe is ok!  They should be able to get you mom straightened around too, hugs.

RA, have you ever checked Cabella's "bargain cave" on-line?  If a person watches it you never know what you'll find.  A few years ago I got Joe a really nice down jacket that comes down on the butt and has a hood for $39!!  I got me one too for that price  :D  They also have regular clothes in there.

I love the expression on Cole in that picture JP, almost like "What?  Me?"

That picture of Honey from the front reminds me of those pajama bags kids used to (maybe they still do) get that had stuffed animal heads.  Sort of round.

Awww Cal the dane that sat on his brother and broke him  :)

Willi, the talk show --  someone mentioned Obama was on Ellen's show, I think it was that one.  Getting settled in your new place?

Nora, yes getting settled mostly. Get our new couch today finally. Moving old couch to bedroom so we can finally organize that room.

I saw Obama on Ellen and loved it. Sorry if you are not a fan.

How is Joe? Sparky?

Henry is not allowed on the furniture. When he was with my Mom, he hurt his back badly. He has a long doxie body. So we try to keep him off of places where he can jump up or down. He has 3 dog beds near where we hang out.

Willi, I envy you with getting a new couch! I wish we had never let the dogs on our furniture! I need a new couch badly but won't get one until well, you know, when they aren't with us anymore. What's the new couch look like?

Cal, glad you didn't hurt yourself when you slid on the slimy stuff! What's wrong with your n? Probably the same thing that's wrong with my bedroom telephone...the number three doesn't work. Have to punch it really hard! Lol! Our gas raised 30 cents over night! It's up to $1.79 now! But I'm not complaining. I remember someone saying awhile back it  would go up to $4 and would never go down again! Glad he was wrong! Did you get a sunburn and windburn today? Robust Corey Dog! :D I think Boo could be considered robust, too! :D

Hi Cal! yep, that was the surprise...Bernadette is pregnant! Have you seen the preview for tonight's episode...Sheldon thinks they should all get vasectomies! :D I still haven't watched last weeks episode! But I will maybe this weekend. I remember that episode when Bernadette was so mean to the kids at the magic show! I don't know if Crow will watch BBT tonight because he is watching the race in Daytona.   Is it dark there now? Polly doesn't mind driving at night? My eyes and I hate night driving! Have a nice evening! :)
