I am loved and still have my jugular vein I fed them both in 4:03!

JP I am on my new computer now. I just downloaded my windows photo gallery just like I got on my windows 7.  I really like this windows 10 way better than the windows 8.1! see I got some free games with too. no time for that right now but later on I will check them out.

Hi Rues! I saw the devastation there in wv. the flooding and two year old toddler swept away. they are looking for him. so sad and showed them people stuck in that shopping center cause the only road in and out flooded out and took out a huge chunk of that road. said no running water toilets overflowing. just awful they are trying to figure out how to rescue them. been since yesterday at 4 pm.

Hi Ra! yesterday I went to page 250 saw where you were. she saw the book but sure you moved on. windows 10 I really like it.

Hi Jewelies!  Still no rain...  Hate to see my water bill this month.

cal... I was wondering how that Bargain Spot can sell new movies for $5.  Are they legal??  Did you say your power went out last night?  I've heard such different reports on Windows 10... Some love it, some hate it.  I'm still holding off...  Maybe I should just take the plunge...  Did you see the kittens today?  I finished my book at about 10:30 last night!  It was good, but I still liked the Witness better. The mystery bear in the update sure is cute!

JP... Victor looks a little "weathered".  How old is he?

rues... Hope you're ok.  I saw the flooding in WV on the news, too.

Hi to everyone!  Have a good day!

Hi Ra! well i like 10 better you may not so don't go by me. i love the witness to but loved the obsession too. both good books great dogs in both. i have a high water bill anyway hate to see mine too hosing down the girls and sweets every hour or half hour like wed. breeze is cooler right now. i saw them kittens at 4:30 am and fed them and i was just out there saw them again and fed them again. it is much cooler now than yesterday. they said putrid humidity be back tomorrow but next week really cooler if that happens. i think bargain spot movies are pirate movies. not sure don't care i pay my five dollars. great deal for me and sister. cause i can't leave and drive clear down to liberty and watched a whole movie and come back. i can pause the movie do my stuff and come back. don't have to worry about some nut shooting everyone in there either.

ra, Victor is not a Shadow clan bear so I don't know if Dr. Rogers knows his age.  He comes around fairly regularly and probably knows some of the Shadow clan females.

Cal ~  exactly ...   :D   It is a dry heat until the monsoon kicks in.  I'm sending that dry heat cartoon to my brother, Doug.  He'd move if he could, but his wife doesn't want to.  He'd head for Oregon or Colorado.
I'm with your brother Neva!!  :D

I came from a family of non-smokers (well my sister did for a while after she'd been away from home for quite a while, but quit and my folks didn't smoke.  Guess when my folks were dating my mom went to try a drag off one a friend was smoking when they were out and my dad said he'd never marry a gal that smoked and that was it.  :D  I started sometime down the road, have quit a couple times and should again, but no matter how much I wanted one could I ever pick one up like that, ewwww!

We're up to 76 now and sort of sticky, but will be in 80's this weekend.  I'm SO glad we got to enjoy yesterday with clouds and 60's, it felt wonderful compared to what's coming.

How is Scootie coming along Cal?  Obsver when you said that about trying to separate the dogs with a fork I had to smile picturing it, but also know it was NOT funny after having a dog that got seizures, but a fork against a huge dog......when BB used to have his seizures I'd get just sick to my stomach.  :(  Now this made sense "Tell Polly she needs a bigger fork, maybe even a taser!"  It happens so fast though, Polly had the fork in her hand.

Yes Cal on the potassium bromide.  The vet did a LOT of investigation before mixing it with the phenobarbital and not wanting to raise the phenobarbital anymore did add a little of the PB.  He was doing great.  We have no idea why he suddenly had the necrotic pancreatitis that killed him.  She cried when she put him down and later almost cried when she told me she was afraid she'd done it to him adding the PB, but according to everything she'd found upon re-investigating it would be VERY uncommon to have any type of adverse effect from it.  She said she was at the point that if he had somehow pulled through she was going to take him off all his seizure meds and start over with seizure treatment.  That poor boy had trouble from day one, I always felt so bad for him.  But as to how the med worked, he was doing wonderful on his seizures and it was about long enough since he'd had any that we were getting close to having the surgery for his dysplastic hip.  Oh and just like with adjusting the phenobarbital, it took two weeks almost to the day for him to act "normal" after adding the PB and he was so much better than I'd seen him in a long time.

Glad Polly like the video of the lightning too.  Nothing seemed to be hitting real close, but Joe was sure having a fit.  When I shut the door after seeing it and grabbed the camera he asked what I was doing and I said "you've got to see this!".  Of course me and storms.  He came out and kept saying "just get back in the house" and I kept saying I was fine.  "Well you won't be, get in the house!" as he went back in and I stayed out.  :D  That video didn't do it justice.  There was lightning going straight down, lightning going horizontal, you name it, it was fascinating.

Hi JP!  Sorry your bones are creaking, would WD-40 help?  Sorry, I didn't mean that in a bad way, hugs.  I'm "only" going to be 63 this summer and I know how you feel being I have some arthritis.  Hope you're loosening up now.  Boy Victor looks old.  Sure glad Tasha is settling in well.  That little stinker Lily going to the scale  :D

I saw that WV flooding on the news too, but hadn't seen about the 2-year-old swept away, how awful!!

Oh Cal "putrid humidity".  PLEASE don't send it to the north of you.  Take care if it gets that bad.  You too DLong.  Keep cool RA and anyone!!  Ok off to check out the puzzle.

HI Ra well i have no cooler weather today to send to you it is 90 and the humidity is 61% so it feels like 102 and very humid 102. have not seen the kittens all afternoon. they don't come out in this heat. now the little leader she just ate and i have my bathroom cats in there with her and her mom. she was eating and her mom came over and she hit her mom with her front paw this my food. ungrateful brat. i sure do wish could get the others in.  missy called last night her ac not working and outside unit froze up. i knew it was low again on freon . must of sprung aleak. jim gets home all bitchy five people called about their ac well how dare them. i told him first to go back to missy's cause hers is not working he got mad well too bad. i said she wasn't yelling and all mad and she has no ac. well the two window units we got her. she is a customer too and my friend. so he knocked it off and went over he is tired of trying to make a really old pos unit work and i get that. i told him tell her the truth she needs a new one. so she called when he left. he put in a can stop leak and recharged it with freon but told her she is going to need a new one. i told her you really need to get a new one. she looked at her furnace and it is really old too so she will have jim replace the ac and furnace that should make him happy. not right now but she knows soon.she said don't tell jim but his pants were unzipped. i said he does that all the time. forgets to zip up his pants. now i have never went to the  bathroom and forgot to zip up my pants missy said me either. she didn't know what to do tell him cause he had other calls to make but she said he when he loading up the van he said oh sh*& my pants are unzipped. missy said ya i didn't know what to say. jim said sorry hope the girls did not notice and they didn't but jim zip up your pants and then he bends over working on stuff and half his butt is hanging out. missy said ya i know. i would know if the sun was shining on my bare butt and pull my pants up. geez my poor friends.

Hi Nora! missy said pete just trying this first doesn't work will go to the pb. happy you said bb did well on it. i realize will take a little while for scootie to get that into his system. did bb act all dopey. i don't want that for scootie but if it is just for a little while okay. scooties phenobarb test showed he was right in the middle so pete trying to raise it just a little with that one pill at 11:30 am. i have to set the timer cause having a hard time remembering that. but i see the timer in the kitchen coming and going. i will not send this humidity up to you send in on down satan called and he wants his weather back.

Hi Jewelies! I'm sure I've complained about our local crappy tv news channel before but now I'm really upset with them! I did not know a thing about the horrible flooding and deaths in my own state until I saw it on the CBS Morning News Show!   :o. Today's local paper is just as bad because they never mentioned anything about the flooding either! Good grief, 44 counties of our 55 are in a State of Emergency and 18 lives lost. People are still stuck at the Save A lot grocery store because the bridge washed away. 60,000 people without power. What a terrible storm.  And the local news story here was the rebuilding of a boathouse in Marietta, Ohio! I went with my sis today to the hospital, she was having a mammogram. While I was sitting in the waiting room, waiting, a lady came in and was telling us about her cousin who lives in Clendenin. Her cousin's trailer, 2 Harley's and a truck were all washed away yesterday. Along with all that stuff went their bridge, too. They have nothing now and no way to get across the creek. So sad.

Cal, the ac guy came today, finally. He fixed it, charged $415 and left.  15 min after he left the condenser, I think that's what that big thing outside is called, stopped running! Quickly called him and he came back only to discover that thing was shot. Can't be fixed because it's too old and can't get the freon now.  Crow is going to call another company for a second opinion. Now I have to call Robin, who is in Chicago, and tell her. The soonest the ac guy can install a new ac/ furnace is Aug 2.  Bummer.  Funny dog shame! I caught Stella doing that yesterday on my living room area rug! Your friends are very lucky to have their own personal ac guy! Wish we had Jim here! I wouldn't care if he had his pants unzipped or had some butt crack! Lol!

Nora, my sister in law lives near the area in Jackson County where the 4 year old child was swept away. They found his body this afternoon. His name was Edward.  :'(

cal...  Your story about Jim is so funny!  lol  Still sitting here smiling!  Poor Jim.  Can't catch a break!  Sounds like he's going to have a busy weekend.  Maybe you need to get him some of those extra long t-shirts...  lol

Hi rues!  Sounds like you are very lucky not to have flooding in your town!  What a mess.  Feel so sorry for the people dealing with that.  Sad about the little boy, too.  Last weekend in the town next to mine, two little boys (twins) were celebrating father's day at a family members house and crawled under a fence around their swimming pool.  One of them died that day and the other died the next day.  The gate to the pool was locked, so they climbed under the fence.  I don't know how somebody wasn't watching the 3 year olds... we all know how fast they can get into trouble.  Robin won't have air for over a month??  Yikes!

hi rues! lol i guess pants unzipped and butt crack small price to pay for comfort from this horrible heat! i will tell missy what you said. i thought it was a 2 year old toddler i saw on the news this morning missing.so sad at least they found the poor childs body. i would be mad at my local station. say what who cares about the boathouse people houses washed away wow them people still stuck at the save a lot grocery. the whole bridge is gone! i saw them awful high waters there like a raging river taking everything in its path you are very lucky and us too not gotten you guys. well robin is having some bad luck with her ac. is it really old? cause they just don't last forever. he should of known the thing was shot before the 415.00 jim knew missys was pretty well shot but tried to put that coil in and help her but it is one it's last leg and i told her you got all them inside dogs too and at work and what about when you have the kids. winter just as bad below zero and cold need heat hard to think that right now i know so i would call someone else cause that guy should of known robins unit bad and just gave her a bid on a new unit with a warranty. here a Heil unit has a five year warranty and Trane a 10 year i think trane big bucks we have a grand aire and not sure on that warranty maybe five years. our goes i know where to find our repairman.  god august 2 people lucky to have us.

Hi Ra! lol lol well that tshirt is going to be really long. he has some work polo like shirt has his name on them and they are really long cause he is so big i guess he calls them his dresses. maybe his butt crack doesn't show when he wears those!  to many little kids found drowned in the family pool. i know hard to watch every minute if i had little kids there be would be no pool.

Cal 61% humidity isn't bad is it? It is rainy and 60 here with 80% humidity. I cannot handle humidity very well.We are hoping to get A/C in the next week for those days in the 80-90's. I am so sorry for all of you everyone having heat, rain, fire, etc.Is there any place where there is 20" of rain, no earthquakes, tornados or hurricanes, never over 70 or under 40??

Hi willi just came in from the barn no today not as bad as yesterday or wed 92% and temp at 101 to 103 making for heat index in 110 a whole lot worse. they said tomorrow humidity will rise but then suppose to get better and really better next tuesday high in 80's down to 65 at night much better hope it will be true. i am not soaking wet but sitting in the hay trough watching the kittens eat is hot happy to come back in here to the ac.  wow 60 where you are but raining maybe the rain makes your humidity 80% must not be the same as here. does it ever get where when you are outside you are just soaking wet from sweat? the girls just went out. i did not throw any hay grained them it is getting cloudy here so better yet. i think maybe rain tonight not sure. i don't think there is anywhere to live nice like you said . is there?

Hi Rues! been watching the world news man breaks my heart there in WV. how awful 20 people dead just so far saw that burning house going down that river of water. people being rescued these people got part of their house taken off by neighbors in the river of water and could not find their dog that lady was crying saying we got 9 inches of rain and it caused all this? crying saying i don't understand but then found their dog so she said well getting better.  all the people without power or water oh rues just awful.
