6:22 on mail, but much better on shutter at 4:58.  Even with eyes watering a lot. LOL
Good morning EV1. Funeral was bad.  Everyone is so old.  I have not seen them for many years, and they have all aged a lot. I hardly recognized them.  They were just in early teens the last time I saw them.  Now they have grown children.  Ceremony and wake were very nice even though sad. The ride was a pleasure.  It was a long ride out East along the Lake southern shore area.  Very nice hilly wooded winding roads with lots of autumn color and two covered bridges.  The longest and the shortest in the state.  My cousin Ken was my guide.  He lives in a tiny traffic circle town called Hartsgrove.  Very quaint.  The area south of Hartsgrove has a large Amish community. Ken is their "English" driver and worker.  I stopped at the oldest store I have seen.  Pictures on the wall showed how it looked in 1871. It was founded in 1840, and is the oldest store general store in Ohio.  It was in Mesopotamia Ohio.
Got home about 8pm from a start of 9am.  So it was a long day.  I covered about 250 miles, and my little Tom Tom GPS worked overtime. LOL
Bye for now EV1 Have a good Fall Saturday.  Nice day here. Debbie is going to do a Trunk or Treat day to try to get some dogs adopted.  Karen was all better yesterday, and stayed in Cleveland last night to go to a concert tonight with her daughter.
GBU EV1 and Israel, Ukraine and those in need.

5:56     53 and sunny.   Karen went to see a musical at the Ohio Theater in Cleveland. Ken is one of those drivers you see waiting for some Amish people to get done shopping, or working, or getting medical attention, or fishing on a boat in Lake Erie.  Amish are not allowed to drive, but can ride in cars.  They call us non-Amish people "English".  Many van owners make a living out of driving Amish around Ohio.  Ken lives in the largest Amish community in Ohio.  Around Middlefield and Mesopotamia.
Just heard from Debbie.  She saw the goat chaser and Rachel pics.  She is at Mary's babysitting now. The "boys" are moving a new AC unit and furnace out of John's garage to somewhere.  Brian is an AC guy as was John his dad.  He will probably put these into Mary's house. Hers is very old, and not reliable.
Bye now.  I don't know what I will do today.  Not much I'm sure. LOL   Will try to catch some football.
CUL EV1 GBU
PS
I just heard from Karen.  She said to tell you the show was called Beautiful Noise, a biography of Neil Diamond.

hi you guys its 55 and clear here

hi joho yay yes we both won but really good is my cali who will be 14 come feb 13th has been having trouble getting around her back when she went out she was dragging her back end sob i have been giving her deramaxx that i had when missys clinic dr gardner gave grizzie who was 14 then this stuff is great for arthur pain works fast so i got cali in after the barn last night and gave her half of one only got 2 left she ate went to sleep. i watched rest of chiefs and at midnight i looked over saw her running in her sleep like she does. so i felt better and had wondered if she pooped .  this morning at 3am i let out brownie and then penny cali still sleeping got them back in and went on to the barn did my barn raccoonies stuff came back in opened my bedroom door and cali was getting up she walked out no dragging and went out and peed and pooped walked around came back in my room.  when i feed my cats in my room i put the food on my bed on my dressers i have caught cali more than once standing up trying to get that cat food.  so more of that. feed the cats on my other dresser that is up higher in the corner hope i do not see her try that again. we called vet office and wanted him to look at her when he comes to do indy meagan said he likes to see them in his office jim was telling her we will have a hard time getting her in well not his truck but maybe sisters focus. i told her i know deramaxx works i know that so i am going to call missy today to see about bringing cali down there and see if they still carry deramaxx there. then when dr comes to do indy jim will ask him for a script for it seems to me is what should matter is how cali is feeling  and no one knows that better than i do my dog GBU

7:32 Going slow, and eating cereal and coffee while doing puzzle.  Takes time to pick up and put down bowl.  It is relaxing though. Already texted dog shame to Debbie.  She gets up early,  I will send it to Karen later.  She gets up later.
It is only 36 degrees outside, and is still 62 degrees inside even without any heat.  I guess my body heat is warming the whole house. LOL I did cook a pot of soup last night.  Maybe that is helping too.
I do have on flannel and sweats.
Sorry to hear Cali is having trouble getting around. God Bless Her, and you for caring for your friend.
No soapbox today.  Everyone is on their own from now on.
 God Bless America.

About 5:30.  I did it , but then lost the page due to too much going on outside.  Irrigation guys are blowing out the pipes for winter, and some other guy is soaking the root ball on all the trees with scary looking white foamy stuff.  This is the same guy who came around killing some bugs living off the upper leaves of all the little trees last fall.  They were killing the limbs.  Later he came back and trimmed off all the dead limbs.
I did enjoy MNF with Karen last night. She seemed to be feeling OK after two weeks of not.  She had a great weekend with her daughter,  but was worried that her brother-in-law was badly hurt when he blacked out and fell breaking some bones and going into hospital.  He was the Neil Diamond super fan that got tickets for everyone, and then missed the show anyway himself. Very sad, because he is old and now disabled. God Bless Larry please, and Cali.
Very nice out today again.  65 degrees at 10:12
Have to do some housekeeping today.  May include laundry.
Bye for now EV1 .

I hate to say it Cal, but it sounds like we had what is getting to be just a normal day.  Sounds like you were lucky not to break something, but will still hurt tomorrow.
Karen is good today.  Going to some kind of Spooky Ghosty thing.  I am not.  I am glad to be home.  Had to go babysit two boys. Odin and Aiden, and they are a handful. I am going to warm up some of my leftover pizza from Karen's and some of my good homemade chicken soup.  I may even take a little time to boil some Amish egg noodles too.
GBU and Cali too.
