KB, yes, I saw your post about that. Perplexing, huh? I was just sharing my experience.

It's reposted on a fb page called "That's so Minnesota"....unfortunately it's a better article than all the rest. Still it's the twincities.com or the Pioneer Press..and I'm not subscribed to any of the above.

KB, I was able to access that link today that you posted yesterday! - it was, same as you had posted:

Today, it let me read it without telling me I had to have a subscription. Go figure... Must be something wonky with their site, or maybe they changed the link's metadata or something to let non-subscribers read it? I dunno... just thinking out loud. Who knows, really.  Anyway, just thought I would mention it let me access today without the message saying I needed a subscription. A headscratcher, but with a good ending.

Lani, thanks! You helped get Houston over the line!!  Yay!! What an incredible comeback by them! They held Duke to 1 field goal, count 'em, 1! during the entire last 10-and-a-half minutes of the 2nd half!! That's half of the half! One field goal!!! Woot! Yay Houston!! They never gave up!! My "Beat Duke" button is now retired to the dresser drawer till next season.

I'm happy to report I got the back yard mowed/mulched today....picked up 2 mower bags of bark, sticks, dead grass and left over leaves!.....Now let the sun, rain, and warmth with open air let you grow!...

Haven't done the front yet but will do sometime this week I'm guessing. Much less in front than the steep hill in back.

(((Karen))), I'm so sorry about your back acting up again. Ugh. I hope you can get some relief for it soon, even though that process is certainly no fun, to say the least. Loved your "Dog Funny" today!! It made me laugh out loud!    So I'm going to repost it here for you, in a larger format... So funny!! 




The Women's NCAA Basketball Tourney Championship game is on now - ABC, and ESPN, ESPN+, and prolly other viewing outlets... UConn is up by 5 points over SC, just now, at the end of the first quarter. UConn is a 2 seed. SC, the defending champion from last year, is a 1 seed. Should be a good game. I have to pull for UConn women on this game. No self-respectiong Tarheel would pull for the SC Gamecocks. There's ancient history there...

TSK, I hope you can get your walk in.  I got my walk in today, a little while ago. The weatherman has changed up my forecast. Again... Said a 50% chance of rain this afternoon - so I was like, huh? and headed out for my walk so I could get it in before the rain. I see no hint of any rain so far. Okay, so it was also a 50% chance that it wouldn't rain.

BAZI    Yes I did get a 30 min walk in.  Had my Merlin app open but it said I needed to update and that took up most of the walk to get that done.  LOLOL  No unusual bird sounds however - Just planes flying overhead.     Luckily you were not in the point it rained on.   LOLOL
