Wow I forgot just how special this Caye really is .   ;D

All us boat departing lads are utterly sea legged and tuckered out.
Even after the best Wahoo catching day of our lives to a man.

Wow will you look at that  !

TSK ... Alendronate (Fosamax) . I've not experienced any side effects. Luckily. I have osteopenia.

I developed a multi nodule goiter in 2000. They could not pinpoint the cause... Weight loss or change of life or ... ??  Anyway... they just monitor with physical exams, lab work and ultrasound.

Paulie, what years were you stationed in Germany? I was very young , don't remember a whole lot. Cathy and I were born in New Mexico, then to Germany, back to New Mexico and Becky was born there, then to England, to Arizona, Dad to Viet Nam then to Minnesota where he retired after 23 years. We were all born in the AF hospital at Holloman AFB, I have the hospital bill in my baby album - $11.73. I am going to ask Mom about the maternity ward and what she had to do for herself!
Hi clynn, Sorry for delayed reply. End of last week was busy as was last weekend with family at my home and also had a birthday dinner for one of my children this weekend.  :) Anyway ....

I was in Germany 1976 thru 1976. You and your sister got around to lots of interesting places with your parents for sure! Nice!
Interesting you have the hospital bill. We didn't get a bill for anything. Army vs Air Force rules? No clue.

Also in the maternity ward we mothers went to the nursery to get our baby, change diaper then feed. Afterwards we changed diapers again and put back in the bassinets. The nurses didn't do any of that. We were all afraid of the head nurse of the ward. I don't remember her rank. Captain probably. My heavens she was strict and mean! Needless to say the maternity ward functioned smoothly. lol

Did your mom say what her maternity ward rules were?

My last time here was Page 93. This is Page 100. Oh my! There's no way I'll be able to catch up all those pages to read tonight so  .....

I hope everyone all in Beak Room is doing well.

Phyl, I hope your knee continues to heal nicely.

Oh! For anyone who read about thick ice at cabin in Cheers we had a guy go to check things out. Turns out a french drain is needed to divert water away from rear and side of cabin and also what's called deadman concrete blocks to stack in front of hill where water drains through coming down from top of mountain and seeps out the hill and also has hill sliding down not staying upright like it was.
Anyway that's the fix. I hope it makes sense. Also we hope we can afford it!!

Take care. Night. SED

Tsk, I always worry if I hadn't seen or heard from either cats throughout the day. Something's up and it's not good.  ???  I caught Norman on the 2nd floor patio fence acting like Spidercat by trying to get on the other side of a wall to bother a Stellar Jay at the feeder.

{{{Baz}}} glad all is okay with you and Zippo.. "Two Knights Please" LOL!!! awww, sweet pics of your sister, LGN and Bro. They've got grandma surrounded! LGN's hair is adorable, so curly as is Lil Bro. God, he's going to break some hearts when he's older.  ;D ..... Oh, they are growing up so fast.. Like Miss Bella.. much too quickly.

Phyl, Thanks for answering....  I see Zazu is banded. Great name by the way!  ;D ... I see she's banded, has she been to the nest last year? I pray the owls stay away.

Lori, great news to see 2 pips and first one battling it's way out... I bet he's saying "brrrr, it's cold out there. Lots of prayers.

BL, gorgeous sunset, obviously it was a great day of fishing and enjoying Life! Have Fun! Enjoyed Playing for Change!

{{{Tig}}}

Paulie, glad you had someone check on the cabin and found the problem. I hope it isn't a costly fix, but now you know and can make plans.  :)

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, beautiful blues this morning! Going to read Amy's Blog now, thanks!

Lani, I am like you with the cats! If I haven't seen any of them in a while I start looking. Love how they stay silent when you are calling their name! And then all of a sudden there they are. Sophie found a way to get up to the gutter, where the deck roof attaches to the house roof. She can't get any farther but geez! Harley gets in the cabinet under the half bath sink, and sleeps on Kelsey's jammies. Sam is my good boy!

BL, sounds like you and Pip are having a wonderful time! Thanks for Playing for Change! Love the 'Shower. Locate womenfolk. Rum 10:00 PM'

Paulie, I keep forgetting to ask Mom about the hospital! I will be talking to her tomorrow, Kelsey and I call her every Wednesday and Sunday!Glad to hear that there is  fix for the water issue, there is always something...

Lori, beautiful picture of Jackie and Shadow and the pipping eggs!  No more snow there, please!!

Phyl, so Newman is back and Zazu will be his mate!  She is a beauty! Time to get busy you two!

baz, great pics of the kids! Lil' Punkin is looking great with her curly hair, and Lil' Bro is such a cutie!  I have also caught myself turning the radio down so I could see better! How funny! Ginger Kitty is very special!

Lisa, almost time for your trip! Hope you have a safe and wonderful time!

BL   Bet your arms are sore  from all that reeling in.  ;D  Beautiful weather and fun time.  Did you intend to post a pic?  LOL
Pip /Nascar?????  LOL

TIG   OK Thanks.  When first diagnosed I took Fosamax for 5 years which staves off osteoporosis for a while I guess, cuz full blown now despite all efforts.   Some genetics involved I believe.

PAULIE    Sounds like a complicated fix to the ice problem.  Hope it isn't too $$$.   Your maternity ward experience was funny.  Not a very compassionate "matron" Captain.  ::)

LANI   That Norman!!!  ;D

CLYNN   Very colorful roosters  ;D ;D   One episode of the "Americas" Sunday was the " Great Plains"  some of it Yellowstone.

PHYL  A "blues" AM for you today  :D

Somewhere  - mostly south of here there, are thunder and lightening storms.  Not a drop yet here. Supposed to rain all day today and tomorrow AM.  In the 50s.

tsk, a LOUD thunderstorm went through around 2:00 this morning. So loud it woke me up and then had trouble getting back to sleep! I think I will need a nap this afternoon for sure!  There is a new drug that claims to build bone density, I have seen the commercial on TV. Evenity it's called.  https://www.evenity.com/about-evenity?cid=PPC-accountype:MICROSOFT-campaign:BND_DTC_Decision_General+Info_WPP_Win_EXM%2BPHM_2019-searchterm:evenity-adgroup:Core_EXM-keywordid:p81319417730&gclid=e4f49336412110d359c6f4f144190182&gclsrc=3p.ds&msclkid=e4f49336412110d359c6f4f144190182

Good Morning Beakers....Happy Mardi Gras!!

I am two pages behind this morning.  I keep getting sidetracked, and not getting my suitcase packed.

Lani - Thanks for the Royal update.  That would be awesome if that worked with cats...lol.  I worry too when I don't hear or see the cats.  My thought is, ohhh, did I not shut the door all the way and did they get out.

Phyl - Thanks for the GSB pics.  Love your blue post pics this morning.

karen - Looking at TWC app on phone, looks like weather will start sometime around or after noon tomorrow and end about 6pm.  I hope I am back from my appointment tomorrow morning before it starts.  Jeff took the day off, so he don't have to try and head home in it.  You be safe today!

baz - Glad to hear you are not in any danger with the fires. Baby Bro and Punkin are getting so big, both so cute!

tsk - I forgot to ask yesterday, when you are done with the shawl that you are making in the color I have been posting for coffee cups, will you post a pic of the shawl, please.  :D  Be safe with that weather headed to you.

oldguy - Thanks for your weather/drive input too!  I am going to Google maps right now.

Lori - Great pics of the PIPs/HIPs at BB!!  Awww, so happy for Shadow and Jackie!  I bet they are tickled to death to care for their babies!

tig - Yay for a good visit with the endo!

BL - Beautiful sunset.  Had to laugh at your...Locate Women Folk ;D

clynn - Thank you!  I love roosters!!
