This is one of the spots that I'm very interested in band numbers. At least one falcon is hanging around now. I'll try to get the camera in on it for band numbers...talons crossed!

Falcon perched on roof of house

At night the dome of the state capitol is all lit up.
Sunrise here is AWESOME.

I'm not in the office for some of this week, but I'm really hoping to be able to operate the camera here next week. We have a male hanging around and I would love to know who he is!

8.15 am Falcon perched on bar.

A falcon comes daily and perchs on corner of roof.

9;30 am  Another falcon arrives and they sit together awhile.

He' s so cute!

3 pm Saw 2 falcons there earlier today.
One of them stayed quite awhle.

Someone forgot to UNZOOM the cam -
so all we see is corner of roof

I was hoping to catch one of them this am. But I'll unzoom it for now. Caught a male yesterday! He was Elken 81/S bl/blu, a 2023 hatch from the Colonnade Building in Golden Valley, MN. He's a young one!

The band appears to be green or blue. cant see number.

I still cant READ the band, but today I got this snip -
these 2 sat in these spots a long time between 8 and 9 am

11 am  They are both still there.
Female went inside briefly - alone.
Male stayed on cement curb beside house.

2 pm  She stayed all day!
The male flew to some place in front of her as she perched on the box - and he sat and preened - and we only saw his shadow.  There must be an outer bar we cant see.

First perchs on box perch, flits to cement curb, leaves.

9.30 Female arrives, perchs on "her corner' of roof of house.
