Didn't see barge this morning, but the peregrines are doing their thing as expected.

Getting close to hatch watch here at GSB.  Elaine brought her own breakfast, Newman left when she arrived, and eggs look OK.

No change for the eggs as of noon today.  Warm temperature, changeovers as expected.

Egg watch is on here at the GSB nest box.  No sign of pips this morning.  Stay tuned.

We have two

Great news, Nora and Shep, that two eggs have hatched here at GSB.  Newman keeps close tabs on the progress, an experienced dad.  Elaine is a first-time mom; picking up a hatchling made me jump!

The two hatchlings are definitely interested in food.  Both Newman and Elaine are doing a great job sharing the parenting.  Fingers crossed that the other two eggs will hatch.
