Good Morning Beakers!

BL, every time I see the mention of Billy Gibbons I think of him on the tv show Bones.  https://bones.fandom.com/wiki/Billy_Gibbons  I am glad you all decided to freeze upon encountering the bobcat!

Lani, oh my, that pollen explosion is something else! I can see why it would really cause grief to someone allergic to pollen! It looks like thick smoke! Harley sleeps downstairs in the Mole Hole most of the time, that is where Ed works and piles his stuff up. I won't let the kittens into the basement yet, too many places for them to get lost!  I am also hoping beyond hope that Iris will accept this sweet new guy! It would be wonderful to have babies in the nest again...

baz, glad you got to watch your boyfriend play tennis!

Phyl, I wonder if that wave sound would help Ed sleep. I He usually won't try anything... Very relaxing 365 this morning! The Nut House! LOLOL! 54 right now and raining, 64 the high today with rain and thunderstorms likely. Some may be severe, winds 20-30 mph. Windy...strong thunderstorms during the evening will give way to partly cloudy skies after midnight. Damaging winds, large hail and possibly a tornado with some storms.

Peaceful Flyway sunrise, love those North kids. They are at that funny looking stage! Interesting about the Shakespeare influence on our words! I wish the Sauces eagles would find a new place for their nest, away from whatever is contaminated where they are...

E4E, hope your Grandson had a winning game last night!

tsk, there is no telling what Bella will be up to tonight! Painting, Play-Doh, nail painting, Barbies, baby dolls, stickers, and more...still a bit chilly to play outside and it will be raining anyway. I will get some pictures!

Lisa, Bella's pacifier was just like Sydney's! Here she is about the same age as Sydney:

Wild Heart Ranch - Someone brought these babies in, the Mom was dead... Their eyes have just opened, very young.

Hellgate Osprey Cam - Jenny Powell  · Iris photobombing after another mating session ❤ Per the comments, this is not Louis, and he and Iris have mated more than once. Do we dare hope?

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

PHYL   Great night light  :)    Who knew! about Shakespeare's vocabulary contribution.  :D

BAZI    Thanks for all the tennis/Olympics info.  We should be able to see a lot of live stuff this year with only a "6hr" time change for most of us.    LOL  Woodchuck  LOL   Ear blankets are the best  ;D

LANI   That is one major problem with juniper trees.  :o  Do you have a way of keeping it out of the house?   Blows around like a cloud.
Had no idea.  Feel bad for all those who suffer because of it.  :(       Hope the meeting is productive.  ;)  Food sounds yummy  :)

BL   Hope you were in the house when the bobcat appeared.    What might be the reason you are seeing them more often?

CLYNN   I had forgotten about Billy Gibbons being on Bones  LOL    Rain starting here today at the same time my garden group is to meet for garden clean-up   :P  I may have to cancel.  Tim uses his sound machine a lot!!!   That same weather pattern is heading this way  Rain in the forecast for the next 4 days or so.    Hopeful news from Hellgate  ???

I thought about the 2024 goose season yesterday . . . not very successful.  There have to be about 50 geese on the pond at the start of spring.  All those geese - 1 little gosling.   :-\  There's always 2025.  Then, too, maybe some are just later hatching.

Sheriff's view right after explosion...I never saw this as emergency vehicles prevented us from that corner of the house. The woman was still inside a yelling for help. their body cam video shows them knocking down the front door blocked with debris and removing her.

Yah!...a huge dump truck just backed into not what's left of this house (nothing but debris) but my neighbor's Maureen and Jim one house between us.

They are removing their burnt out shed right now!...I don't have to look and be reminded every time I walk through my dining room after removed

Early am sunrise in advance of our days of rain.

Stay safe out there as this front moves north and east.

some bounce

Good morning everyone. Thank you for the bird pics. Yay Iris! Okay, I woke up early this morning and checked the weather radar and made some calculations. I got moving, got to the pool and worked out hard, showered and went to Caribou for which I had a gift card, and made it home. As I was walking up the sidewalk the raindrops were following me. LOL. Great calculations Tig
Now to watch some tennis and the basketball game tonight.
I see you BAZ!!!  :)

Just read on another Hellgate post that Dr Greene identified him as Louis after all (what we thought was the new male).  Dang.

Several good pictures of the explosion in kb's neighborhood.  https://www.fox9.com/news/richfield-house-demolished-after-fire-explosion

karen - Yea, Sydney's eyes are a blue-gray.

E4E - Thank you, and hope you had a great time at grandson's game.

Phyl - Thank you  :)  I think that was clynn, who gave the update on Iris, not me. Love that lamp you posted last night.  Thanks for the links!

clynn - The baby armadillo's are adorable!  Aww, cute pic of with her pacifier.  It seems this is the only kind she will take.  I think alot of babies like this kind, huh?

Those were good pics, Clynn.....this was at the end though after they'd fought the fire for around 2 hours. You can see that back hoe on Dennis and Vi's yard and after they brought it down the junk is maybe a foot away from their house.

Also, reporters: The house exploded first....then the fire. When I walked up there within 5 minutes the outside gas meter was on fire. They said they don't know what caused the fire. No they do. They don't know why the house exploded however...Not sure we will ever be told why. I don't like that as any homeowner could learn from the reason for prevention sake.

https://kstp.com/kstp-news/local-news/bodycam-video-shows-deputies-run-toward-home-after-explosion-in-richfield/

this one is more accurate with video of the worn body cams of the 2 sheriffs who first entered the home.
He says: The kitchen and living room were in the front yard and all the walls were unstable.
This was just minutes before I arrived.

That female deputy is who went door to door asking us all to leave our homes immediately after the secondary fire in back yard

KB Was that a glimpse of you at the end of the news clip talking to a couple people?

Yep - gone.  No fixing that up.  Can't fathom not having bought some kind of insurance.  Old mistake some make "nothing will happen . . . .  ."  So Sad.

Neighbors behind me and one house over had a house fire about 3 or 4 months ago.  It didn't look total - but they haven't moved back in, haven't even been seen, no work, windows boarded up though.  Lady said it isn't that  bad - she only can say that because it's not her house.  There was plenty of smoke and at least an hour for FD to get it stopped.  Lot of windows broken out, still boarded.  Neighbor right next to me, who husband talked to them, said they suspected something with the newly installed solar panels.  That house was erected before mine, one of the first in our development, I moved in 1971.  They bought house in 2020.

Puff - I didn't see myself...I'm a blonde. I was there however off and on.

Frankly, the news folks didn't show up until the end..that's about the time I disappeared other than consoling Dennis and Vi.
