Good Morning Everyone!

Currently: 59F cloudy , High  67F partly sunny with  Low 53F

CLynn   lovely amber glass acorns this AM; enjoyed the awesome photos of Capitol Reef National Park  and   Horseshoe Bend .

That's a great photo of your Mama, Kelsey and A. Becky.   And, what a lovely Nosegay, roses are sooooo big.  I , too noticed the drive-up menu on pole there on driver's side.  Was that  A & W , Dairy Queen  or...who.

Yes. Publix does special ads for holidays. Although, Jim and I miss the old  Publix TV ads of the  little  Pilgrim  salt/pepper shakers that get animated on the dinner table.

{{{Bazi }}}}  🙏 s

{{{Kb, Chris & Ollie Man}}}  🙏 s

Lani    :-*   thank you for always having us/ Maggie on your prayer list. It's needed.  Sweet 'Good Night' kitty yesterday. tks

Lisa  Thanks for news on  Karen and flooding in Valdosta.  Those poor folks so much to recover from. 🙏 s

I'm sorry to read of the results of the MRIs. At which disc/s  is the herniation? Mine are at C-3 thru C-6  and L4-5 and S-1. The only discs I'd let Docs mess with are my cervical spine which an ACDF was performed on C-3 thru C-6 (with a titanium plate screwed into those discs). I'm praying you don't have that ahead of you.
Nothing has been done to the lumbar and sacrum discs , because I wouldn't allow that.

Karen/Piper tks for sharing the  flooding article.  🙏 s    Oh my! I hope you can stay home and have a some other transportation if needed

OG that comic--LOL, LOL

Tig  :) ; another adventure ahead?

Prayers for:  Victims of natural  and Man-made disasters and those who rescue them;. Sauces,  SWFL and  Ft. Myers nests . Fallen of Abbey Gate, Vietnam, Korean Conflict, WWI and II; Police and First Responders.   Also for 45/47 ;Our friend and ally the Nation of Israel and peace for her people.   'Little Gray' and 'Little One' ...All abandoned, abused , lost cats ... stray, unloved, homeless stray and feral cats;

Good morning a cloudy day, but so far no rain Phyl my street did not flood and I am able to get out and get what I need by car so all is good here. Many places in town did not share that well but we will dry out. I think next week we will have temperatures dropping into the 70s and maybe even some days in the 60s which will be a relief from the heat we’ve had since who knows win, then I’m very very hot year running about 10° or more above normal have not checked the hurricane to see which model it’s following or if it’s made up its own mind as to where it’s going.
Thanks for everybody’s posts and thanks to Lisa for posting for me as I am somewhat computer challenged.
Great pictures of your mother and family CLYNN. Love Kelsey and Becky is in the back of the SUV and your mother looks great. Good for her.
Lisa, I never could stand three MRIs in a row as I can’t stand one the jackhammer sound in my ears but the discomfort of the bed of that MRI machine are almost too much. They do however show what’s wrong and I hope you’re able to get some relief from your aches and pains..  four arthritis Tylenol a day, almost does it for me, but not quite.
Lenny, thanks for the sloths and hope all is well at your house
Task. Give him a hug.
Oh guy that was one of the funniest cartoons I’ve ever seen. Thank you. Off to do a few errands errands in the house.

tig - Enjoy your road trip!

Phyl - The C6/7 is the herniated.  Then, L2/3 is also herniated, and L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1 are bulging.  Thanks for the 365.

clynn - Mr D"s Drive In..yum!  I would take a Extra Long Chili Dog, and Pineapple sundae.  My cheat day meal.  ;D  Cool pic of the moon.

karen - I am happy to post for you.  For the MRI, they gave me ear plugs, a sleep mask, socks and a warm blanket.  I think at one point, I might have fell asleep in there.  ;D ;D

This apple puff pastry braid is made with sweet, tart apples, a sweet cream cheese filling, wrapped up in a flaky braided puff pastry, and baked to golden brown with a Chai latte!!

Do we know anything about the BE that's showing up on Hatchery cam.  Is it a newbie or HM of HF?
Was perched along side of the road yesterday, too.

Approximately 2 year old Juvie bald eagle taken at Pearl Park in South Minneapolis. Great grab of pic.

Lisa - take care of that hand....the rest can wait imho...

Good afternoon all....got a lot done today with perhaps the last warm day of the season?..still much more to do but felt great. Chris is having a recurrence of symptoms, but surgeon said not to worry till Monday at the earliest. After all he had general anesthesia. Chris even walked with me and Ollie today.
Oh and Ollie got his last bath outside till spring...He is good except for the drying part. Now resting on a towel on the couch with me after I dried him as much as he allowed.

TGIF BEAKERS!!  :D

My LGN is still in the ICU. Her labs went in the wrong direction overnight last night. Ugh. She has to have normal labs for 48 hours to get discharged... so not before Sunday at the earliest now. I don't know if they have gone back to normal during the day today - haven't gotten an update since mid-morning. Her Mom (and 1 doc) are suspicious of a particular med that she started on a couple months ago as being the problem, but the endocrinologist is saying ix-nay on that idea. However, Mom (my niece) did some heavy duty research last night and found 3 - count 'em, 3! - published research results/articles saying that that particular same med that LGN started on a couple months back has been found to produce extreme potassium readings. That is one of a couple of main lab tests that was in the crazy way low out-of-whack reading when they first discovered a problem and sent her from the clinic at the hospital to the ER to get admitted this past Monday. It was so out of whack that the doctors initially said it had to be an error. But a re-test showed it was not an error. Extreme readings!! Mom (my niece) sent those 3 articles to her docs. I can't wait to hear the feedback! She lets nothing go without serious consideration, so I'm sure she will get some feedback. And I'm guessing the one doc who was suspicious of that med, the same as she was, will definitely have something to say about it. Might be news for the endocrinologist!  ;D 8)  We'll see. It would be great if they can pinpoint the cause, and take the correct path forward to prevent it from happening in the future. Meanwhile... labs going up and down, and LGN still in ICU.

Thanks to ((All)) for sending your good wishes and prayers.  :-* :-*

Clynn, great pic of your Mom and her gorgeous birthday flowers!!  She looks great!! - much younger than her years!! That's why I like that expression, "Age is just a number!"  :D :D  Love the pic of Kelsey and your sister, Becky! It's easy to see they are having a blast!!  ;D :-* :-* Gorgeous result of the photo of the moon through a whole cycle of its phases, from the same place and time!! Very cool. Helix!

(((Beakers))) Take care, All!!  :-* :-* :-*
