HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CLYNN!!!  Have a great day!  :D

Don't let those birthday $$$ burn a hole in your pocket!!
  ;D

Can't pick just one flavor!! Have a GREAT DAY!!  ;) :D

baz, hope your boyfriend makes it to Rome and then to the French Open! You got to see an osprey up close, and with a fish! I remember having lunch with friends at a restaurant by the mall lake, and seeing one of our osprey's dive into the lake and come up with a big orange fish (koi?)! I checked the WF nest cam, and sure enough, the male came to the nest with the orange fish! Awww, Zippo wants to look at you!

This picture and caption just cracked me up!

Hellgate Ospreys - Diana Lambertson       The view is great from up here!

Clynn, I just LOVE that pic from Hellgate of the great view up there!!  !!   :D :D :D :D :-* :-* :-* LOL, thanks for posting it!  :)

I remember when you told us that you saw that osprey catch the orange koi, and it was delivered to the nest!!!  That was so crazy-looking!

A classic vanilla buttermilk cake layered with strawberry curd and topped with strawberry cream cheese frosting.

OMG Iris!! You don't even know how much this made me smile and tears in my eyes like Bazi!!  She deserves to have a baby this year and a good mate to treat her right!  ;D ;D ;D

LISA   Love those beautiful tulips.  Wish they lasted longer once cut.  I love fresh flowers in my house  ;D

PHYL  Thanks for the article on the Knights, etc..lots of good stuff to read.  Had only heard of the first 3.   One of my girl group Maureen fell 9 weeks ago and had surgery to "repair" a shattered tibia plateau.  Still non weight-bearing. She/husband moved from my town 2 yrs ago to live closer to her dtr and grandchildren.  She lives in Mokena Il - 50 minutes away 90% by expressway.  We hadn't seen her since before Xmas.  We had a GREAT time. We each brought something and she ordered a "sandwich and sides" tray from Jewel.  Pam brought a cake and we sang happy birthday to Linda whose B-day was last month.  ;D   We really needed a catch up time together.

KB   Stunning egret.  Hope you had a good visit with Sis.   Eye surgery is so scary for me.  I can still wait a bit for cataract surgery.  Perfect gift from Sis and hope her eyes are now in perfect shape.

LANI  Great card for CLYNN  :)   The close-ups of those baby sloths are so precious.  Looks like the last one is smiling  LOL

CLYNN  Sounds like a perfect b-day  ;D  I sure wish we could attract wrens.  Barb has them in her yard where they nest.  Cool Utah Hwy.  :o

BAZI    WOW  Love all those cake choices  ;D   The chocolate/chocolate for me!!!   Chocolate/strawberry next  LOL

Lori, thanks for the Birthday wishes and the Buttermilk strawberry cake!  Yum!  I will share it with everyone...except for tsk, who wants chocolate chocolate!  ;D ;D Many of us are oh so happy for Iris, it's been a long time since we have had babies in that nest! NG seems like a wonderful mate for her, he has brought her so many fish, and is helping her brood the egg. She hasn't been pampered like this since Stanley... 10 years ago!

tsk, I brought Mom a wren house a couple of years ago for Christmas. I think she had wrens last year but not so far this year.  Glad to hear you had a good time with the girls!

baz, what's funny is that I rarely rarely have cash burning a hole in my pocket anymore! I deposit it, and pay the charge with the $$' Love those rewards.  ::) I guess it all turns out to be the same thing though, I can't wait to spend it! Thank you for all the birthday wishes!

some bounce

KB and all. I bought spikes and marigolds for my 3 large clay pots that are beginning to spall. Hmmm.. Also... Portulaca Moss rose for near the sidewalk wall. Wave petunia and various vines for the hanging baskets. Coleus ruby slippers and inferno for the front planter... those colors will match our top siding inset which is brick red.
I'm pooped from cutting just one section of grass. My new to me allergies kicked in again yesterday.
Camper went to get us some Taco Bell.
I'm having a piece of Clynn's cake.  8)

Watching our Wolves later ...

The clouds are dark and the sky is rumbling---something's gonna happen. Just as long as it's dry tomorrow when I pot.  ;)

CLYNN- sounds like y'all are gonna have a nice dinner and loads of fun. Always , IMHO, a good sign when 'the  dad' takes part in the pregnancy. Hats off to NG. Tks for the snaps of Hellgate; Utah scenic hw y  12 just awesome tks. Nat Geo Leap Into Life , they have the best photographers, it seems.

HI  EAGLES- cheery BD greeting for CLynn;
LORI- had to show Jim your cake for CLynn---anything strawberry  ;);  Anywho---that's a delish looki'n cake for CLynn.

TSK-poor Maureen 'Ouch!'  I keep a prayer candle in  house for Beakroom and all friends and family are included. So It's buring for Maureen too.
So glad you gals had a great visit.  Thanks for sharing your lunch date .Don't know a soul who's been following Hellgate who isn't thrilled about
NG and Iris .

BAZ- that roll of $100's   :o  Nope! can't just pick on slice---sure shoot'n it's choco or the vanilla w/pecan filling (?)

TIG- all the best with your flower garden. Fo some reason this came to mind, not that you need ideas of course.  I had a drippy garden faucet  in my backyard in MO and and solved the prob planting  some Moss Rose  there--- :)

LANI- tks for sloth update and all.  I'm not a sloth person. But the  last two snaps of the babies are kinda cute.  ;)

LISA- and all  Jim siad he had a pretty good day. Still not 100% of course. But, the store is good to him about brakes. He's in his recliner w/ feet up (now he listens)
watching 'Primetime' and tending dinner for me.  Maggie's in her ( mine)desk chair

HI KAREN- Jim's pacing himself and the store is very kind to him.  Thanks for thinking of him/me.  :-*
agree snap of Iris should be on RRP's calendar; think New Guy should have a more suitable name, IMHO.

Kb, beautiful basket of flowers from your sis.

Clynn, NG was a very busy mate today. Providing food to Iris, new nesting material and brooding egg. I'm so happy for Iris. I hope you had a happy day!  ;D... oh my "Leap into Life."  :o

Baz, fun birthday posts for Clynn. LOL! delicious cakes. I'll have one of those.  ;D

Lori, Yummy Strawberry birthday cake for Clynn! Love the great birthday card with Harley, S & S!  ;D :-*

Tsk, sounds like a fun time with the girls! I remember you mentioning a few weeks ago about your friend falling, glad she's doing well.

Tig,  A nice assortment of plants, I love moss rose, they are wonderful ground cover and do well in the sun here. Take care.

Karen, sending good wishes for E23 happy travels! From reading the chat, Dr Green of Montana osprey study will be naming NG sometime soon, now that NG has become a permanent mate for Iris. I read they will give him a Salish Tribe name, as they did Louis.

Phyl, glad Jim had a good day.
