I sure do hope that N1 has a permanent pair, old or new.   :-\

Hoping the permanent pair at N1 this season is Eagles!!

Lots of color in the trees in the area.  Is it early?

Lisa, love the wild turkeys and GBH.  This morning, HM & HD perched in a bluff top tree about 7:30 AM, then one of them flew to a branch above the creek upstream from N1, I think HD.  The creek is really low this fall.

I missed the eagle action this morning.

Hatchery's seen from a distance E of N2B, both left then one showed up on lower bluff tree, looked like HD.

The Harvest Moon lit up the bluffs this morning.  Sub-adult was seen upstream bluff side before flying off.  Windy afternoon in Decorah, but HM was perched on the tree to left of mid bluff, HD joins a short time after.

Views of full moon, a red tailed hawk in the creek up from N1, the colorful trees at the fishing corner, and HM & HD in the same tree where Lisa found them yesterday.

I remember them perching in that tree area last season, so must be a favorite of theirs.

Couple pics from this morning in Decorah, not sure who but someone landed on lower bluff tree, and also fished the pond after perching on the tree near mid bluff.

Wild turkey in a tree this morning near bluff perch, and what looks like HD on bluff perch.
