Minnesota friends and followers! The Friends of Scenic and Natural Areas petitioned the Minnesota DNR to prohibit the use of lead ammo and fishing tackle in Minnesota's Scenic and Natural Areas.

The DNR needs to hear from Minnesotans on this issue, especially those who hunt and fish! The deadline to receive comments is November 2nd. You can email them with a letter, but I also encourage you to send a good old US Postal service mail. Representing an organization? Put it on your letterhead! Just checking:  was the result of the necropsy that was supposed to be done by Fish and Wildlife on the eaglet that passed away at the Flyway Cam in August ever released or made pubic?  I haven't seen it so just wondered if it was and I just it.

Finn - Was wondering the very same thing just a couple of days ago! Haven't heard/seen anything yet.
