willi, Things are so relative.  Here, the temperature usually swings from Winter normal 71 or 72 to Summer normal mid eighties so small shift seems drastic.  I remember growing up in Colorado that a Winter day of 50 degrees was shirtsleeve weather, if not much wind.

Hello everyone!

I'm hoping this finds you all safe and doing well! 2015 is gone and it was a very tough year for our eagle family.   Numerous losses for us all.... Some still so hard to talk about. But the new year is here with promise and hope of a better year to come! I wanted to share with you a couple of pictures I took of Mom last year! I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy seeing Mom!

I also have updated my Chippewa Eagles thread with recent stories and pictures! You can find it under Bird News on the Forum.

Hi Jewelies! Been having trouble getting into forum. Then can't see the update pics or Jp's Honey! I thought it was just my iPad but here I am on my laptop and same thing! At least I finally got on! :D

Sue, thank you for the great pics! Going over to Chippewa after I finish here!

Cal, funny puzzle! :D I think Dr Rogers is fighting a losing battle when it comes to the dnr. They are never going to make things easy for him. Not until there is a new dnr guy. What a sorry situation.  Lol, no my mom didn't yodel for us! She would holler our names and we would come a running!  :D Or our dad would whistle for us! :D  Crow said he would be a rooting for your team! He doesn't like cheaters either!  Your gas is really cheap! A couple stations on the south side of the river have   it at $1.79 but this side it's $1.89. Still great prices! Schools here had their first winter 2 hr delay this morning because of icy roads. This time last year they had already had several delays and several snow days!  Love hearing a beagle bay! How's Corey dog doing? Good luck on tonight's power ball! Hope we both win! There's plenty to go around!

Jp, couldn't see Honey but enjoyed the yodeling bears! I can't wait for temps in the 60's! :D

Ra, I don't feel so bad now that I know someone else has a cat or two that doesn't like them! :D Did you get caught up with you rest? I've had trouble getting in the forum, too!

This is Bow.

For a brief moment yesterday the sun broke through,  Why is it that gray, dreary days depress how you feel?  Prediction here is for another one today.

May each and every one have a Thursday with a positive outcome.

We're 33 at 11:10 and headed for 35 and 20's overnight, I'll take it!!  After below zero actuals and wind chills this is great!  Sun is out bright too.

JP how did your eye appointment go?

Nora, that's the cutest video! I was watching it and then Crow came running upstairs yelling there's something wrong with Stella!  :D

Cal, we will be getting your super cold temps Sunday into Monday! It's in the high 40's today with sunshine and no wind. Feels really good. Did you see where Severus Snape from Harry Potter died?He died from cancer like David Bowe. Darn we didn't win the lottery either! I couldn't imagine winning that kind of money. Hope who ever won uses it wisely. Do you know what causes Scooties seizures? That's so scary. Glad he was better this morning.

Jp, I'm with you when it comes to gray days and feeling depressed! Give me sunshine every day and I'm a happy camper!

Nora, it went fine.  The doctor extended the time for the next shot to 9 weeks instead of the 6-7.  I hope it is still dry then.
