Good morning EV1 Rainy, but warmer this morning.  Temps to tumble soon though I hear.  31 degrees now at 5:42.  I will get Odin to school.  Nick will get him from the bus.  I will go to Spencer Tire at 9 am.  They will stop the oil leak they started when they did my oil change  a while ago.  Have another appointment at 1 PM.  So I hope things go well at Spencer.  I am apprehensive.
bye now. EV1 GBU and please God, bless America.

hi joho i remember now your oil leak lets hope spencers gets that fix if not take it elsewhere how did you miss this cold cold weather?

hi paulie well my sisters driving got really bad she totaled out a car and wrecked another one she was all over the road few years back and cops took her license and she had to see her doctor who said he thought she should take driver part over again. so someone in the apt complex she lives at took her for her first test she failed they gave her 4 chances to pass it. her friends took again and she left me a message bawling sister i took the test again and i failed.  so jim and i went over to kansas and got her and her car brought them up here and every week jim or i drove all the way and got her and i took her driving. she was wanting to take the test again so we took her for the test again now i told her when you get to a stop sign stop and if you cant see if a car is coming inch up a little and look both ways. so taking her test she pretty much came right back man who tested her told jim to get me sister had told me she failed. man said she pulled out in front a car almost cause a wreck and then she stopped in the middle of the road right in the middle just sat there he told her to go back. i asked her what was you doing she said looking both ways  inching up a little  i pretty much had it at that point.  but i called kansas and set up her last chance in a really small town 6 hours from my house for me. she failed that  it  sister you are done get a state id she then went on about her making car payments on her car that she cant drive i felt bad she could not drive her car but she was going to get someone killed. so we bought her car paid it off and now i have it too. it is outside i use it to get the mail and go to the bank etc my car for grocery pickup it has lots of room i like mine better its alot bigger elec seats but i like sisters car too. now dr appt jim takes me cant beat that big truck esp in this weather

5:38 I will look in at snow and them soon.
I did get Odin to and from school today.  Aunt Shannon will do it tomorrow.  I did get car all fixed up at Spencer.  I will go there again.  I did keep the 1PM appointment.  I did not go to the senior dinner at 5:30, because I forgot.  Instead I went home and quickly made a soup and sandwich dinner.  That I did not enjoy.
At 7PM, when Wheel of Fortune came on, I remembered I was to go to dinner at the VFW no charge, and they had room for me for sure. DARN!!!  Now they won't have another senior dinner until May.  They are switching to making fish fry dinners on Fridays instead.  I will go to them, but they are not free.  Just good. LOL
I will stay up late if I can and sleep tomorrow.  If I wake early , maybe I will go see Erin about these glasses.  I could not tie my shoes again with them on.
Well bye for now EV1 GBU
PS  Now seeing Deer Pantry and Snowman.  Lots and lots of snow in Michigan. Not so much in Iowa.

11:11  While on the phone with medical billing questions.  Three entities have made changes lately that I was not expecting.
Pretty cold this morning, but not much new snow.  I think I saw 13 degrees recently.
Cal I did not enjoy my dinner, because right after I cooked it and sat down I remembered I was supposed to go out for senior dinner at the VFW, and I won't waste stuff.  So I missed out on a good free dinner out and company of friends.  That took my satisfaction down a little.
Maybe I will go see Erin today.  My eyes are watering while trying to type this.
Now medicare is on the phone.  So I better say CUL EV1 GBU and GB America.

cal and johoward, Happy Valentine's Day!

cal, Adorable Valentine photo! That's quite a story about your sister and her car. It's nice that you have two now and she's better off and safe without it.

Good Saturday Morning EV1.  Took 5:33 to bring that serious cat into focus Cal.  I think that Siamese cat has a good friend. Some new snow and a little rain on the windows when I woke up at about 8 .
I like to turn the furnace down to 67 for the night so I don't sweat as much in bed.  Sometimes I forget to bring it back up to 71 for the day. Not today though.  Turned it up right away.  I was cold.
Was nice to see all the Valentines wishes yesterday.  Thanks EV1.  Lots on my phone texts too from friends and family all across the country.
My car seems good.  I am glad.  I was worried I would have to get rid of it.  I have a nice Nature Stone garage floor that Joan always wanted.  The oil drip was not good for it.
Well second coffee started when I came on here.  So it is getting cold now, and I did not finish reading the paper. So I will say bye for now GBU.
