It's back. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has proposed a revised version of the 30-year eagle take permit for wind energy installations. The original proposal was overturned in August, 2015, as a result of a lawsuit filed against USFWS by the American Bird Conservancy (ABC).

There were many, many stories published yesterday and today on the subject. This is one of the better examples from the national media.
