Good news on the geese. Glad number 6 is getting care!
Mickey leaves soon.  No ticket yet.
Had vertigo about 5 years ago.   Cleared up with one treatment!  Not so lucky this time!   Fooled with this longer as some thought it was dehydration!   I should have known better.
Have had some lovely black. Iron railings installed on front and back porch.  That and the roses look great! Enjoy the day!
No word from the mid wife!

Phyl - AEF is at the Dale Hollow nest with the intention to rescue the two chicks today.
Their camera is turned off now...

Prayers for all.

bounce
It looked like MG stepped on 1 just before she left the nest. Hope it survives.

! I tig, the one mg stepped on is probably the one they took to the vet!
Hope the rescue at .dale  Hollow is successful!   Why folksareso reluctant to tescue wildlife is a troubling question.  Sometime think they feel they are exherting power.

Good morning Beakers!
I've been watching since 5:00am. I think #6 is the littlest one is with the 5 siblings. The lower gosling on the left.
I've been following it for two hours. I pray the one that is injured will be able to join the family.

#6 was the only smallest one in the nest and now here with the family. It struggles to keep up, but it's doing great.
I'm glad mom waited overnight to give her youngest the best chance of survival.

Good Morning/Afternoon Beakers

Got sidetracked this morning with kitten duty, and watching those cute lil goslings!!

clynn - I loved that 2nd picture too, thought it was so cute!  I hope today is the big jump for the Baby G's!  Have a good Bella day!

tsk - Thanks for the video on my FB page, that is exactly how Misty was acting!

Phyl - Thanks, and Misty seems to be doing alot better today.  I was really worried yesterday.  Love that bird house!  Great cam pics!

karen - Sorry to hear about your vertigo!  Great news on the HH nurse coming till the vertigo is gone.

baz - Daughter-in-law is feeling good, and getting bigger every time I see her, of course I would never say that to her.  ;D

Lani - Those lil paws have some sharp nails, too! I saw on the RRP chat banner this message about the lil gosling..... 5 goslings are fine. 1 is with Dr. Laura with a croggled leg (temporary paralysis)

kb - Glad to hear they are intervening at Dale Hollow.

Dale Hollow update:

Update.. rescue was a success. Fishing line was removed. Both eaglets evaluated.. 18 will be taken to vet for additional medical care and rehab but 17 is back in the nest. It was recorded and hopefully will be uploaded soon!!! Praise God!!! Thank you AEF, TWRA, AND everyone involved!!

It only took one and a half hours, and 18 suffered much longer than it needed to!

Hard for me to believe those who stated like "forever" they couldn't allow a rescue at this nest.

Hopefully, lesson learned.....and monetized nests are watched by citizens who speak loudly.

KB  I'd ask why too  LOL   Great news for Dale Hollow - The public voice prevailed!!  Like someone said it was a man made problem so man should fix it.

KAREN   Yay for the nice railing.   Have bathroom equipment installed too?

Is there a video link yet to the jump?

Thank God for AEF.

Maybe Eagles4 will visit the AEF while there?
