Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, great 365, love the waterfalls, love the sound! How are your knees doing? Love the little camper and the pink interior! I love looking inside little houses!  It's 54 here right now, high 81 today, wonderful! Then 88, 89, 90 for the next 3 days before we go back to the mid 70s.

Lani, we have two Maples in the back yard, one was there when we bought the house in 96, the other is one that started from a whirlybird that landed in the right spot years ago. Bonnie and Clyde, what a cute cuddle!  The cats got their Meowijauna cigars yesterday!

baz, sorry to hear about your knee, but glad to hear it is getting better! Great article on bird tracks, something I never thought about!

Lisa, your tree is beautiful, I love trees!  We have a big oak beside the driveway, I park in its shade all year. Very pretty afternoon flowers!

BL, so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. P, he sounds like a very special person... Wonderful that you got to see him one last time...

tsk, glad to hear Tim's issue was something simple... I know what you and Lisa mean about inherited issues. We worry about them for sure... My Mom kind of stoops when she walks, I try to stand straight but catch myself doing the same sometimes...

karen, sounds like Micky got a lot done around your homestead! Hope you are feeling better, sorry you had to have those issues during Micky's visit!

Some pics from yesterday (something changed, I can't post the small pictures anymore!):

This Lemon Blueberry Cake is combines lemon and blueberry flavors into one fabulous cake. The moist and tender lemon cake is studded with sweet blueberries, then topped with a lemony homemade frosting!

Good Morning Beakers.....TGIF!!!

((BL))

kb - Thanks, I am so glad to know what kind of tree it may be.  No one else in the neighborhood has one like it.

baz - Oh my on the crunching sound in your foot.  I hope you get that looked at.

Lani - Sweet black kitty!

Phyl - As tsk said, cute camper!  Thanks for the 365.

clynn - I like the bigger pics of the munchkins, great pics!  That tree shades the front of my house in the summer.  I have a big Silver Maple in the backyard that shades the back of the house in the summer, too.  The kitties with their Meowijauna cigars.  They look mellowed out.   ;D

Lori - Waving at ya!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, karen!!!

(((BL)))RIP, Mr.P!

Baz, sorry to hear about your knee and foot sounds like There’s a connection.
CLYNN, Looks like kids had a great time yesterday out in the yard and on the iPad they are growing
Tsk, I am happy to hear that Tim’s Nodule was nothing serious  and I am sure you will keep on top of this
Lisa, great pictures of your trees and nice to have shade front and back since my neighbors cut all her pine trees down. I get a lot of sun in the morning and I’m not sure what I can plant to block some of it out. I will wait for her to do something before I plant anything more
Thanks everyone for my birthday greetings the cakes are delicious looking and both with enough fruit for the season. Piper wants to cut into them right now, but I’ve told her we have to wait. They have to be shared with the beak.
Lori, you always find the best traits for us and that blueberry lemon sounds wonderful for hot weather old guy your magnificent looking five layer cake is almost too pretty to cut. I will be enjoying the cakes, the balloons in the fireworks,. And flowers!  Have to run as great help  is here and has her son with her!  Bbl

Oh, Phyl great cake!  Thank you all!

TGIF BEAKERS!  :D

FYI those who mentioned my foot/knee boo-boo... The crunching sound is in my knee, not my foot! Sounds like what you hear when you chew very crunchy cereal with nuts and such with your mouth closed.  ;) ;D  It's all getting better, little by little.

((BL)) Mr. P - a star shining brightly like a diamond in the Maine sky.

Clynn, love the pics of The Munchkins. Can't get over how grown up they are! Bella will live a long life - she's starting her gardening ways early.  ;) Love the pics of the kitties with their new meowijuana cigars... they look like they greened out.  ;D ;D ;D ;)

Lori, LOL on Destini's meowijuana cigar box and ID!! She's guarding it from interlopers.  ;D ;D

Lani, thanks for the music. I love that birthday message you posted for Karen!!  I would love to see the flight patterns of Bald Eagles!! Check out the other interesting bird tidbit my LilSis sent me today - I attached it at the end of my post - both attachments go together.

Lisa, your Crimson King Maple is giant! Very pretty!

KB, you have a lot of different plants. Very pretty, all!

Phyl, I figured you had seen that bird flight pattern info and the pics in NG mag. Very interesting stuff. Birds are special!!

Oldguy, I want some of Karen's Sangria Cake you posted!!

TSK, thank you for commiserating with me.  :-* The crunching sound is in my knee, not my foot.   ;)  I don't think doctoring is required at this point... depends on how things do or don't heal/progress. I don't think I need a boot for my foot. Unless I need add'l surgery for knee repair, I think I'm already addressing the owie as the doc would recommend. I have a 39-year long history with my bum knee, so I've learned a lot along the wayward-knee way. Knee replacement is NOT on my list... yet... hopefully never.  ;D  Did any of the tips you were sent help you succeed in getting larger icons on your taskbar yet? I want to call it your TSKbar.  ;D ;D  Glad Tim's nodule is something simple and hope it is healed soon. Wonder if low-sugar yogurt would be something he might like as a protein for b'fast or snacktime (no syrupy fruit/flavor stuff). I have seen some that claim they are higher protein than most... don't recall which now though.

Puff, is your wrist all good-to-go now?

Tig, did I miss when your lake retreat getaway starts? Glad you're having good PT sessions.

Karen, Mickey worked hard during her visit, and got so many things done for you. What a great friend you have in her!! It sounds like you are making good progress on getting your yard where you want it to be... of course all those garden and landscape changes take lots of time to get done - all in good time. It sounds like a lot of pretty new plantings are in already, and I hope you were able to get your irrigation issue set right, or will soon. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Did Piper bake you a cake?
  ;) :D :-*

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KAREN!!!  I hope you have a wonderful and stress-free day with some treats and fun surprises. Hugs!  :)

A Birthday Garden Party for Karen!  :)

With cake to go around!  :)

Waving to All the Beakers!  :D  Take care, All. I'm heading out to run errands before any stormy stuff hits...

I attached 2 pics you can enlarge below - they go together,. The 1st pic attached is the explanation, and the 2nd pic is of the bird, known as a Veery, that is talked about. Maybe the Veery is the best Hurricane Season Prognosticator!!

Piper says what a wild time we had earlier today she said mama and I were sitting here just enjoying the day when the phone rang and the help said she was here early and could I unlock the door and she came with her seven-year-old son with her with a balloon and a gift card for mama for some ice cream. I like that kind of ice cream myself. They sold down for a short while and didn’t have any lunch with them indicated they weren’t going to stay very long then the phone rang and Dr. Hall called and said if we were home she was coming by and we said come on and came Dr. Hall and she had two puppies with her about two months old one a white and gold colored dachshund And  a Rottweiler , beautiful  babies!

They then she came in with the hummingbird  feeder and red roses!
help  took  her son for lunch and the puppies and I played like crazy. The little dachshund was afraid and very shy and growling  T .me  but the other one was very friendly  and we ran around the house and ran around the house and we went in the yard and came back and ran around the house And I decided I like little children and I like little puppies. Mama said we weren’t having either lol Dr. Hall left and the HeLth came back and now we’re waiting for the yard people to come. These puppies were members of her puppy training class and she socializes them by taking them all over town and today with our lucky day to see them
GROCERIES Delivered and put away it is now nap time for Piper and to tell you the truth I’m not far from it myself, but I have to wait to talk to the yard people?  Anyway, Piper had fun this afternoon as did I I love that little Rottweiler puppy softest little thing and sweet sweet sweet.,
Thanks for the garden party Baz just in time for the puppy visits,

I don't know if you're pushing the high numbers like I am baz  But -  I was told by therapist it would take longer than? most because of my age - maybe a year.  Or?  No boring tidbits - just say things may not be in the cards.

Speaking of getting older - HHHHHHHapppy BBBBirthday Karen
