Good Morning Beakers! It's Caturday!

Wonder what is going on in the Beak? Can't go back to any previous pages, and when I opened the Beak Room from RRP a couple of times it went back to Jan 2024! Refresh doesn't work if I hit that error page, have to close and open again. Maybe I should try a re-boot. That seems to fix a lot of problems!

Phyl, yours is the only post since whatever happened!  And very early this morning! And I can see the most previous posts below the post I am working on now. Love the pics of Bob, he and Harley could be brothers from another mother...  ;D

Puff, not sure yet, still can't go back to see yesterday...

Wow, just read about tornadoes in St. Louis!  https://www.nbcnews.com/video/5-people-killed-in-suspected-st-louis-tornadoes-239809093904   Some really bad storms yesterday, the wind was bad all day here.

JUST IN: Manpower requested back to Nottoway Plantation for some rekindling of the massive fire. It is normal for fires of this magnitude to rekindle from hot spots.

Definitely still a little wonky here in the Beak Room.

There's still a gremlin that ate Pages 223 and 224.   :o

I cleared all of my Cookies / Cache from Firefox and rebooted my machine .. still no access to Pages 223 and 224.

I believe (after I hit post on this post) that we're "back in" the Beak and able to post again here on Page 225.

The last page to work correctly was Page 222 and ended with this post from kb:
https://raptorresource.org/raptorresource/forum/index.php?topic=2927.msg809090#msg809090

I made a couple of little posts on those 2 pages of little consequence, so forward we go ....    ;D

If anyone posted anything of major importance on pages 223 & 224 (and can recall what they posted on those pages  ;) ) they should re-post it here on page 225.

Oh well we're are back here on Page 225.    8) :)

PAULIE    I just did what LANI suggested and went into Members and clicked on your posts - You start with #1 to give most current.
How scary for you and Charley.  What a decision to have to make.  Will begin prayers that you are given some good advise that you both can live with.  You have had quite a time lately.  :-*

Yes I can't remember what I posted yesterday on 223 or 224.....must not have been that important!

Nellie holds a higher rpm at stop lights...drives well now. Will go ahead and detail her now this weekend or next.

Dang cold here for the next few days...40's or 40 at night for the next few nights. Hang in there annuals who are immovable.

BL - Northern MN did get rain on Thursday night. Not sure though how much it helped. News on it has to me been a little limited in substance anyway.

Lost power yesterday: It was actually intentionally turned off at my house as power lines were burning and falling to the ground in the back yards of my block to my north. We had long lasting ferocious winds. And I mean it felt like a hurricane for hours and hours. Don't know if Northern MN got those winds also after the storms left.

Chris' good friend who lives on my block suggested the power company only temporarily fixed the lines on our block after the house explosion almost now a year ago. I believe him. 2 lines in the wind were sparking and melted.
Thank God it fell just outside my backyard fence as Ollie was let out and the wire was live.

Anyway, one hour turned into at least 4 hours.

Can't also figure out what happened to Charley, Paulie.

Later Beakers.

Yeah. I was up late last might and  cleared my cache/cookies just as BL and  was able to view two previous pages. However, no such luck
this morning. I dunno...shrugging shoulders.

Our dishwasher 'died' last night. So it'll be off to Home Depot / Lowes today. I'll let Jim pick this one. No worries with him he knows to'get one with metal interior, etc.  ;)

BL-
tks for links will view later

So...have a good  day

I see we still can't read 223 & 224. I went back to my member's page, this is what I posted minus the photos & gif. I'm wondering if my bearstudy pics had a spam in it. Because the problem didn't happen until I clicked to post. I may have posted a bad pic... When I look at Bertha's pic on my member's profile post page it's enormous! And not what I posted originally.

The below post is what I wrote yesterday.

TGIF Beakers!
Good morning Tsk, Karen, Clynn, Lisa, Paulie, Eagles4, Baz, Phyl, Lori, Kb, Tig, Oldguy, Puff, BL, Ezee, Eburg, Weasel, Jilltosa, Eaglesrock, Emyrauld, Blschue, Peep, Jaspurr, Lindy, Bggolden, T40, ssrl, Nrstooge, jicaji, LB, and All!

Clynn, Love your morning pics... I'm keeping busy, lots to do outside. The Emory and AZ White oak leaves and new blossoms have finally fallen, lots to rake up. We're surrounded by them, and add the windy days they are everywhere. There a mess to keep off the driveway....  That'll be a chore for the next two weeks. But at least the yellow dusty pollen from the Junipers are finally over... You'll love the new shower.... terrible about the plantation home.  :'(

Tsk,
you'll enjoy Ms Fisher,  she's a beautiful sassy adventuresome gal! Love the fashion and decor....

Phyl, beautiful morning flowers.... cute turtle.... we'll watch for the Milky Way.... sending prayers for you, Jim and Miss Maggie.

{{{Tig}}} ;D

Lisa, Raspberry Orange is a new one too me. It does look iffy... is it juicy? The naval oranges at Safeway have been very juicy and sweet.

Karen, I hope you and Piper are having a good time with Mickey.  ;D

some bounce

I'll wait a few days to try to post the travel pics. Hopefully Amy is working on a fix. ?

A few yard tasks today. Lots of rest before and after, as my low back is still painful at times.
Our plumber needs to replace the vertical hot water pipe to our first floor bath. He is good but not careful or good at cleanup. I'm hoping to get my brother involved to " ride herd " the day of.  ::)

Good Morning Beakers....Happy Caturday!!!

BL - Good article.  Thanks for the vids.

tig - Hope your back feels better with rest today.

Lani - I am like you, can't read those two pages without getting the error.  The Raspberry orange was semi-juicy.  We bought some good Navels from Acme, which is the sister store to Safeway.  Thanks for the bear study report.

Phyl - Sorry about your dishwasher.

kb - Decorah must have had the same winds as you yesterday, cause I watched the cams for most of the way and what wind was wild.

tsk - Sweet morning kitties. How is Tim feeling?

clynn - Seems just like yesterday that Big Bear kids were hatching, and now they are getting ready to fledge.  So very sad about the Nottoway Plantation.

paulie - Prayers for your hubby.

Puff, karen, baz, and all  - Morning  :)
