Well, thanks all for Chris' birthday wishes!

I will share with him when he wakes up!.....yes, I was told to wake him at 8am but when I tried he said he didn't fall asleep till 6am. But he said please don't let me sleep till 4pm.

He's been researching how to install new stereo, amp, speakers, computers, cameras for the Jeep aka Nellie.
He ends up with analysis paralysis as he goes down rabbit holes, LOL. I assume that's what he was doing last night.
As he thought about taking her to Burnsville for an estimate for them to install today....

Hmm, glad he didn't make it today. Nellis is going to the dealer tomorrow for days to diagnose her stall issues.
She hasn't until yesterday when I backed her out of a parking spot where she'd been sitting for 2 hours. Haircut for me. I just put her in drive and restarted her, no problems thereafter.

Ollie man and I will sneak out the back door soon to take our walk.

Lani - Lollie man's doppelganger!....except for the ears of course, but close enough, thanks.

Lani and Phyl, Thank you about Charlie.

tsk, Agreed it would be nice if Tim's ablation could be sooner. Definitely. Who wants to worry? Agreed.
Wow! You were super organized with your parents. Makes sense to do that. Lots of people are not organized like that so kudos to you.
Thanks about the info on clynn's arrival.

Phyl, How is Jim feeling today? Hopefully work doesn't tire him out too much. Also how about you? Are feeling all better?

kb, Happy Birthday to your son, Chris.

Good Afternoon Beakers!!

Had a hair appointment this morning, and time has got away from me.

((karen)) - I was so hoping you were eligible for the shot. Hope all goes well with the tree trimming.

Phyl - Thanks for the 365.  Hope you feel better soon.

Lani - Beautiful flowers this morning. Aww, hate to hear that about Finn, but hope Iris accepts new guy.

tsk - Glad to hear that Tim has been discharged.  I hope he is taking it easy.  I know he has the best nurse at home.  ;)

paulie - Thanks  :)

baz - Waving at ya!

Lori - Waving to you, too!

some bounce

Well, after spending much of the winter watching videos on how to prune roses I spent two and a half hours doing so today on my grandparents rose bush and the new one that has grown from it. I'm sure it has not been done properly for at least 35 years if ever. It looks a little severe but I think it will be much healthier ... we shall see. I purchased a new extendable handled offset lopper that came in very handy!

PHYL   We are waiting for a call from the docs office as to when he can be scheduled for the ablation.  Warned us it will be at least a month out.

LANI   Barb and Tom will be back a week from today  ;D

OLDGUY   Perfect card for Chris  LOL

LORI   Holy smokes - S'mores cheesecake.  KB concurs  ;D

TIG  I bet that ancient rose will be a beauty with the haircut.  Do you feed it?

BL   Wasn't she cute  LOL    I've seen videos of a person just sitting with a red peanut butter lid filled with nectar  in their hand and hummers feeding from it.  This has to be a place where hundreds of hummers are always present, I think.
