PUFF   You have a big project taking care of all those feeders and watering station.  I like your window set up.  Squirrel proof.
We have hoods over our suet feeders that hang from a big branch in our backyard tree.  Great invention.  ;)

TSK, love your pretty blue Morning Glory flowers!!  :) I love Morning Glory flowers, and planted them in my garden where I used to live before moving to this area. Several varieties grow wild where I live now in southeastern coastal NC.I see them out my windows, and along my walks. Some different types of Morning Glory growing wild here, include these (and others, too):
Beach Morning Glory (Ipomoea imperati) - https://www.nps.gov/articles/beach-morning-glory.htm
Saltmarsh Morning-glory (Ipomoea sagittata) - https://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=ipsa
Wild Potato Vine (Ipomoea pandurata), a Morning Glory, also Sweet Potato Vine - https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/ipomoea-pandurata/  (This is all over the place around here, including vining on plants in the middle of my retention pond, and along the shrubs at the bog out my back window, LOL)
Common Morning Glory (Ipomoea purpurea) - https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/ipomoea-purpurea/ (This purple vine is all over here, too)

Does anyone have a way to contact Phyl's directly  ?

I know her and Jim are having health issues and on top of that now her area is getting spanked by multiple types of severe weather.   :(     ::)

((Phyl and Jim)), I hope all is okay at your place, and you are staying safe from the storms.

BL, I was posting here about that at the same time as you, I see now. I don't have a direct contact for Phyl, but I have been wondering about them all day - pretty big weather hitting that area, and it's not over by a long shot.

Good evening, All. Please stay alert to the weather, and stay safe if strong storms and heavy flooding rains are forecast for your area. Peace. SED.

I was watching the weather channel and a trained spotter confirmed a tornado on the ground very near her area.

On top of that is the severe thunderstorm warnings and the torrential rain/flash flooding in the same area. She has that retention pond and stream right in her back yard so I really hope she is okay.

Phyl's phone home if you can ?

I thought of Phyl when watching this morning's news about weather. Again this evening too. Said a prayer then and will continue. Maybe power is out and no way to post.

(((Phyl Jim and Maggie)))  God bless. Be well and safe. In Jesus name. Amen

Well, a new one for me:

Saw a couple walking their cat down the road in front of my house. Walked just like a dog!...wearing a harness with leash.

My weather app shows storms are north of Tennesee. At least for now.

Hope all is well.

Oldguy, Maru was a very adorable kitten. Maybe someday the book will be in English.

Baz, Yes, Kala the Potoo! LOL!  ;D ... Mike hasn't been sleeping very well. The allergy shot seem to help, besides helping his eyes and nose.  ;D

BL, Sorry, I don't have Phyl's phone number, I pray they are safe from the storms.

KB, I've seen cat owners walking their harnessed cats on long leashes in Arizona. As long as their on leashes they're free to walk anywhere with their owner.  ;D

SED Lisa/Jeff

{{{Phyl, Jim, Miss Maggie, Tig/Camper, Karen/Piper, and Beakers}}} Be safe and take care if the storms are heading your way.
Sending prayers for all and God's beautiful critters that may be in the storms path  :-*

Good Morning Beakers!

Worried about Phyl and Jim, no news that a tornado hit Cane Ridge, but lots of damage in so many places. Phyl is usually posting about the same time as I do, hopefully we will hear from her soon.

Lani, poor Mike! I hope he can get some good sleep soon... I walk my cats in a stroller!  Kayla looks sleepy! Thanks for the pics! Getting closer to Iris's return!

baz, love the wildflowers picture, things are starting to spring up around here! Mom says her daffodils are in bloom, she has a lot of them in the little woods behind the house.

oldguy, wow, I didn't realize Maru was that old!

Puff, looking at the positive keeps us from slipping away...

tsk, love the blue Morning Glorys, my Grandma had a lot of them around the yard and house. So pretty!

Lisa, more beautiful eggs!!

Hellgate Canyon - Hurry home Iris and Finnegan!

BAZI   Thanks for the additional info on Morning Glories.  Have never grown them.  Didn't know sweet potato vine was in that category.

BL  I only have an email which would not work if power was out.

KB   My Lucy walked well with harness and leash.  ;D

LANI   ((( Mike)))

CLYNN    I was betting on the 5th for Iris...  My daffodils have closed flowers now.

Pm to phyl after bms post, no response. In the members list, it shows she has a x account.   I don’t have one of those nor do I wish to sign up online but if anyone has one, you could send her a message that way and see if her power or something is working. Hope all is well with Karen and Jim..  Possible power outage and damage outside I have a lot of running around to do today actually errands so we’ll be back much later. Have a good day all and hope there’s no more horrible storms rolling around.

Check  y our Forum PMs.
My Internet connection is sporadic from the storm. And my mouse is a drag. Really, doesn't work well.
So I'm staying off for the present

Raptor Resource Project Forum

Hi Karen.
The weather so far has been pretty uneventful...other than heavy rain storms.
The overflow ditch just below our house has crested up into our backyard.
Doubtful it will rise into the yard and reach bottom step of the deck.

I still have bronchitis ...no I've not seen my PCP. Just letting the body take care of itself.. Seems to be clearing on it's own...don't want to over use antibiotics.

Jim's been in Southern Hills Medical Center for fluid around his heart and lungs since this past Tuesday afternoon. He's been on diuretics in lieu of aspirating the fluid. He also had a touch of infection which is being treated with antibiotics.
My guy is due to be released and sent home this coming Saturday..
I last talked to him this morning and he sounds very good....come to think of it he hasn't mentioned anything about the aspiration. So i don't know if the meds helped or the other.
And, been released to go back to work this coming Monday..

My internet has been down until this late afternoon. But, I'll likely not appear in Beakroom for a while. I've let a lot go as I've not felt well enough to even care.
Thanks for checking on me.🤗

Phyl, so good to see your post! I have been trying to get your phone number, can't get the entire number! I thought I had it before but it's gone somewhere! Relieved to hear that Jim is getting better, and it sounds like you are too...slowly but surely... Prayers still flowing for you and Jim...and Maggie (because she is a senior Lady!)

Phyl's so very glad to hear from you and that you are doing "OK".
I was concerned about you being home alone with Miss Maggie with all of the nasty weather in your area yesterday.
You and Jim rest up, take it easy and both get well soon doctor BL's orders.   ;)

Pip & I are sending gentle Beak Room Bluebird Snuggles your way ..   ;D   :-*
