Lisa-- that's what the forecast calls for today. Just until  9AM they say. Just looked out the window (upstairs) there' some falling right now-- so far 1/4" looks like.   Glad the B&B kitties are safe.

Tsk--a tuckered out Snowman this AM. You have a 'Brrr!' morning too! How's Lulu?   ???

Key Lime Cupcakes – light, fluffy cupcakes full of key lime flavor! The cupcake itself is flavored with key lime juice and beautiful like flecks of finely grated key lime zest, topped with a tangy sweet lime frosting and graham cracker crumbs.

Won't get to Zero today......ridiculous. Tomorrow night the worst: around Minus 20.....

Iberian lynx..

I'm not letting Ollie have access to the back yard...closing the dog door. Though I don't think it's necessary, as a precaution, he comes inside awfully fast when he's on his tie out and done doing his business.

People on my city fb page implore people to not let their dogs and cats outside alone. Even the County Sheriff said so. Too many get loose. Hoping people abide as there are so many loose dog and cat posts.

Posting a little remembrance for our dear Ted for his Birthday January 17th.  I got the news from Lani in a post about the passing of our dear Ted on October 31st 2022 and wanted to repost this again this year. Ted was a gentle giant loved by many.  He enjoyed lounging on the logs & taking dips in the pond as well as people watching... but most of all Ted loved snacking on grapes, strawberries and peanuts.  Ted was a special bear, dear to our hearts and is missed & loved by many.

Thank you so much Lani so much for sharing "Bear" news, photos & updates from Dr. Lynn Rogers and the North American Bear Center.  We appreciate all that you do... 💜

camperstig  Isn't it nice to have all these other events to fill in our stay-inside routines today.  My day started with AO with Gauff this morning - good match.  Day is full of options.

Grateful for the managed release of the 3 freed hostages.

We're lucky  :-\  although that's debatable.  We started out on the plus side, 4 degrees.  How about up by you tsk?  Your temp this morning?  Now at 10 here.

64-65 right now.  Forecast is for below freezing temps for 4 or  anything to write about!  5 days but not too much to writers about!  Just cold for us!  Possible snow/ice
continues in the forecast!
Great game last night!
Thanks Lori!  Delicious sweets and sweet memories!
I am confused about the question/comment about SWFL & NEFL as I recall in the past NFL played and hatched eggs first with FCFL following closely behind as the parents changed at any NFL that seems to have changed and this new pair is still fairly young and perhaps not as Anxious to raise a family as the original pair. Good luck to them with a number two! Obviously, S WFL is early this year having babies hatch before Christmas.
Lisa, now that work is finished in the area of the B&B. Hopefully the kitties will settle back in and continue as before. The changes were made. You will have a better view of them and they have you with your new doors. I’m glad Jeff has at least one more game with the commanders this season. I would like to see them win at all, but I don’t know that they will be able to earn the rings this year
All beakers stay safe from whatever mother nature has in store for you BBL

Phyl - Thanks for the 365, and RRP post.  Glad you didn't get too much snow.

tsk - BRRR, you are cold too!  Yea, the big white round one was easy peasy for Jeff to put on.  ;D

Lori - Thanks for the birthday reminder, and for remembering Ted.

kb - Cute Iberian lynx.  Ice sculptures are beautiful!

kb and tig - OMG...I cannot even imagine those cold temps.

Lani - Reading your post to tsk about Aly.   :(

Puff - Afternoon  :D

karen - Jeff said the same thing, he would like to see them win it all, but he don't think that will happen.  He said, it would be a good Battle of the Beltway teams in the Superbowl tho!  ;D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Aly!!!

Happy Birthday  Aly!  I am hopeful, that all good things will come to you in your future moves. Mental health is not an easy thing to find a good solution to as far as state governments are concerned believe it is very bad here in Georgia and probably Illinois has one of the best programs in existence I am sure, however you don’t have any desire to move that far away into the Midwest.  Anyway, good luck to you and have a wonderful weekend in San Fran. Safe travels for you and Cewey back to Oregon.

Lisa/Jeff, I would love Beltway series or rather game, but I don’t know if that’s possible.  Sorry, .lani and Mike But there is always basketball!
I am anxious to see the Ohio State Notre Dame game Monday night and hope that Notre Dame can continue. It’s winning ways almost to Hometown team..
BL let us know which one is you and that picture posted today like everyone I wonder if that is you being lifted high in the sky
