{{{Karen}}} glad to hear you had help at 1pm today.  ;D ... yellow pollen here too... yes, it's been a terrible soap opera for Iris. Louis keeps coming on her too, least he hasn't stole her fish yet. But he doesn't provide for her or help with nest. I think his mate Star already has eggs.... sleep well tonight.  :-*

BL, we get the heavy yellow pollen from the Junipers here too. Our outside has looked like that for three weeks. It will go one until the seeds dry up. Mike got an allergy shot three weeks ago. Even though the weather is nice, you can't have your windows or doors open until this is over.

Kb, Glad to hear Nellie will be up and running soon.  :)

{{{Tsk}}} I hope you're going to be able to enjoy Easter, because you are running yourself ragged! Are you having Tim's dad for Easter dinner?... I hope you can get a good night's sleep and your mind isn't buzzing around with stuff.  :-* 🙏

SED Baz, love your good night pic! Peace.

{{{Phyl, Jim, Maggie}}} I hope you both feel a bit better....sleep well tonight. 🙏

Good night!

Seems like an overstocked agenda for some of us.  I was all set to add my itinerary to that of yours, Karen, I had the same crazy day yesterday also.  Further on there was tsk.  The three of us have to learn to take better control.  The one at the end/bottom of my list would be getting to Osco for my own prescription, just like Karen, before it closed.  That is crazy!  We have to change the routine if it's too much.  Enjoy and smile, or change if that is my decision; renewal of priorities on the schedule - after my 8AM appointment this morning.   ::)  The change WILL start at 10 AM with for me.  I owe it to being here to do so.

Watching the lightning storm beauty at the hatchery for breakfast.  So There!

Good morning, Baker. The new mattress is OK nothing really special and I am a chair much of an improvement. Anyway I fell asleep and woke up on it and piper said it felt the same to her going to start becoming warm and no rain in the forecast for at least 10 days. Waiting for the tree people to come back. I think they start about 8 o’clock and I think since they’re working in the backyard, piper is going to be limited and her outdoor excursion.

Hope everyone including Iris has a good day, and Iris kick The CAD, out of the nest.  Sounds like a golden girls with the ex-husband hanging around

KAREN  What does "contract day at Moody AFB" mean?  Interesting comment about pollen and the stuff you don't see is the problem...   Comparison of Iris to the Golden Girls - funny  LOLOL

PHYL  Happy to hear Flonase helps.  Zyrtec is my go to if bothered.

LANI   Good night's sleep last night  ;D  Today's service at 3 PM will be much easier.  LOL.  I will not be a part of Saturday's service cuz I can't stay up that last  LOL  But Sat AM will be the big decorating project for  the church and gym.  Then it is just the Easter AM service which I love the best.  Asked Tim what he wanted to do about Easter dinner as it is up to him.  I would not do anything fancy as his Uncle Jim is not a fussy eater.  We shall see.

PUFF  Just received an Easter letter from a friend of mine who says it is taking her so much longer to get things done  LOL  Seems to be a common theme these days.

some bounce

Had my final pool workout with the P.T. doc this a.m. When he left and I moved to the deep end to relax, a number of regulars commented on my red face "you looked like you were working really hard".
Luckily I can just heat leftovers of the white bean chicken chili I made last night.

I'm blessed to not have much of an allergy problem.

Hugz all,

Photographer Bonnie Johnson captured this pic of our 3 babies at the DNR nest. This is Nancy and Beau's new nest after their long standing one collapsed a few years back. The DNR couldn't place a camera in it so Thomas and Bonnie take occasional hikes to it and capture pics.

Happy Friday all.....a gloomy day after a half inch of rain fell here last night. No hail!. Nellie is safe now till I pick her up early next week is the assumption.

Good work tig...sounds like you have a good program now to ready yourself for your surgery on your own.

Good Morning...Blessed Good Friday to you all.

I can't possibly think of today without weeping and feeling convicted in my soul
.

Today   81F    and     Tonight  66F

Lani-love yesterday's Good Night. Will Shannon and Aly be home this weekend?

Tsk- hoping church decoration for Good Friday mass goes well and Tim is recovering nicely.  Your Good Friday image is wonderful. I always appreciate that.  I have to use both Flonase for day and add  Zyrtec at night for some reason.  Ditto on taking longer to get projects and all done.

We usually have a small baked ham with my mom's 'Champagne 'raisin sauce Au gratin potatoes , a garden salad.  Think I'll ask Jim to  walk by the bakery and pick up some themed cupcakes as he gets off.

Lisa- what are you serving for Good Friday dinner ...same as Easter Sunday?  Pets to  Misty and Bandit.

Karen-your comparison of Iris & the Golden Girls -   LOLOL

KB - happy to hear 'Nellie' will  running soon. Tks for update /Bonnie Johnson's photo of 3 babies at the DNR nest :-*

Hi Tig- glad you had a good work out in the pool---but I'm concerned about your flushed face. Maybe just me though.
At any rate---do take care.   Hugs back.

Today is change the  bed linen day--every Friday just like mom. Best get busy---Jim will be off at 2:30pm.
See y'all later.

Prayers for:  Victims of natural  and Man-made disasters plus those who rescue them. The Fallen / Our Allies in Defense of our country. And   #47.   Police and First Responders.   'Little Gray' and 'Little One' and  all abandoned, abused , lost cats , stray, unloved, homeless  and feral cats.
The Bluebirds of Cane Ridge, Tennessee,  Sauces bald eagle cam nest, Hummingbirds, Bumble Bees  and Honey bees everywhere . As always, Beakers, Cheers and RRP / families.

Good Morning Beakers

BrokenLug - Thanks for the tunes.

tsk - Hope you can relax when all the Easter services are over.

karen - Good luck with the yard work today.

baz - Love the good night pic last night.

Phyl - Hope you are feeling better, Jim too. I usually buy a spiral ham, but this time I bought half a butt or shank, whatever you call it.  And, Jeff wants homemade scalloped potatoes.  I would rather homemade potato salad.

Lani - Love the good night pic last night.  I'm still hoping Finn shows up!

Puff - That was some night show at the hatchery this morning...cool stuff!

tig, kb, oldguy - Morning  :)

Yelow pollen all over here, Mobile and points all around.

No one has ever said if it came from the Pines or the Oaks but it is from one of the other the only thing I know for sure and this is from an allergist is that people are not allergic to the yellow stuff itself, however some other spawn that comes at the same time that causes all the symptoms you talk about BL.

The doctors have said if you can see it it’s OK if you can’t watch out.

That is absolutely true.

The yellow stuff that you can actually see on your car .. etc .. or blowing off of a tree/bush is not the "stuff" that gets your allergies raging.

It IS the micro sized "stuff" mixed in with it that you can't see with the naked eye that gets you.

Good morning Beakers!
Morning Tsk, Clynn, Lisa, Karen, Kb, Oldguy, Puff, BL, Baz, Phyl, Ezee, Eburg, Weasel, Jilltosa, Eagles4, Eaglesrock, Emyrauld, Lilbro, Blschue, Lori, Tig, Peep, Jaspurr, Lindy, Pink, Bggolden, T40, ssrl, Maxie, Nrstooge, Paulie, jicaji, LB, and All!

{{{Puff}}} I hope your 8am appt goes well, and then have a blessed Friday.

LOL Karen, Well, at least the new mattress didn't feel like the story of the princess and the pea for you and Piper! ...good luck with the yard work.... yes, I wish Iris would just wing slap Louis. I'm sick of his daily jump, rump and leave.... you always make me laugh, you're like chicken soup for the soul. LOL!

Tsk, I remember now, it's Uncle Jim.... it sounds like today will be a quiet day, we're going to a 3pm service too. Have a blessed Friday.

Kb, darling pic of the DNR family.  :)

Hi Baz, Tig, BL  :)

{{{Phyl}}} The girls will not be joining us this Easter. We'll see Aly in three weeks, and Shannon is settled in Vegas with two jobs, as well as real estate.... take it easy today.  :)

Lisa, darling pic.... I bet dinner will be delicious, either one works for me.  ;D

Clynn, I'm sure you're having fun with your mom.  ;D

4/17 Iris has a tight grip on that fish.   The name "Osprey" made its first appearance around 1460, via the Medieval Latin phrase for "bird of prey" (avis prede). Some wordsmiths trace the name even further back, to the Latin for "bone-breaker"—ossifragus.  #HellgateOsprey

bounce!

BL.... LOLOL... feel better

KB... I have 3 more sessions with this P.T. for my back (since the fall). Then, I transfer to the knee doc's P.T. folks for more knee werk.
Phyl... I have rosacea so various conditions can cause my cheeks to flush. Also, my low blood pressure and general good health with an excellent resting heart rate, means I need to werk really hard in the pool to get my heart rate up. The doctor checks my pulse before during and after too.  :D

I Be Happy!!!

tig - I'm thinking you might have misunderstood me. I meant you can do your pool exercises by yourself.

I do read/see you have much more PT to go.

I'm happy to have had 2 96 gallons plus 5 other garbage cans full of leaves picked up today!...Now I have room for the rest. Getting there.

Tnx, KB, I see now. Yes, I consider myself very good at being motivated to exercise on my own, especially in the pool.

TSK... Yes, I believe the pool and the land exercises are helping. I do get sore though, and a day off in between where I take it a little easier helps.

Rosie settled in on the couch and was snoring within minutes. Lol
