Tsk
Yes on the walleye.    8)

Lani
I'm loving some snow on Phil's Course there below the Rim.
Harsh Dry your neck of the woods is. I'm watching it like an old smoke jumper ..

Like I've said before.
I'm like Jim Cantore showing up in your County before a Hurricane.
You really don't want me there for a wildfire.

BL, I don't know if you were too far west, or the space debris' path too low in the sky at its distance, to see the debris/fallout from the breakup of the SpaceX unmanned test flight out of Texas last night... so many parts lighting up and streaking across parts of the Caribbean sky, that was seen and videoed by so many people in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and parts of Florida. Watch out!  :o

Have a great day, Beakers!  :)

Baz to far SW.

Who's writing off on these 'civilian launches' , # 7 & 8 epic fails raining debris down on us , The FAA ?

Ok so I'm scampering down a trail at 80 years old on a Caribbean Island and get hit in the head by a piece of space junk _

Thunck dead.

Who exactly do my dearly departed beloved ones speak to about that ?

Holly cow what a coincidence I found some peeps I know.

Well Well Well .. you all clean up pretty well I must say.   :)

Except for the guy missing a little piece of a toe.

There's always one.

I clearly said keep your feet up .. yeah ok bro he said to me.     ;D

You know the 1st time I lost a toe was to frostbite and he barfed right there, the other three missing toes a bear took.

With my very expensive boot tip to boot !

Ah, Tsk, I could have had a walleye!
Lani beautiful snow!
Bl, tgif!  I do not want Jim Cantore in my house, county or on  a path  moving near me!
See You all in the morning Lisa I’m hoping you are safely and scones in Louisiana and by the way I had a wheel barrel fly off the back of a truck as I was crossing. I 10 over Mobile Bay during rush-hour morning traffic and it was scary trying to avoid the wheel barrel and not get hit by cars barely behind me. Fortunately, they all saw it and we all got tomorrow morning office space in good shape.

BL, we've had 5" of snow!!  ;D ... I had to google Jim Cantore after Karen's comment. LOL!

Phyl, Love the Geezers!  ;D .. great business signs.... thanks for nature video.... The Big Bear Eagles have 3 eggs  ??? ... Is it the Fort St. Vrain Eagles with 4 egglets? .. sending prayers and hope knee is improving.  :-*

Clynn, Love the peach theme.... that's a great price for removing trees. That's about what it would cost here...  I've never heard of the Antonov, it is huge, thanks for more info.... Love Maine Cabin Masters. I've watched all the seasons...

Puff, Thanks for youtube links. I'll watch tomorrow when I return from the valley.... Great to have contacts on the islands. We haven't been to Maui since 1982, we spent every year after that on the Big Isle until 2002.

Baz, it's been snowing all day, 5" so far, it's snowing tonight. It's going to be sunny tomorrow, which is fine. We leave early in the morning for the valley. I have to go to Tucson for a meeting. That's a 3 hour drive there and then 3 hour trip home.  :-\ ... I hope you have good day! Cute pup!

Tsk, it's been a lovely snowy day. Thankfully it's not cold enough to stick on the road,so it's soaking into the ground. Birds have been singing all day. I hope you get some moisture... Love Culver's walleye dinner. I usually get the Cranberry Bacon Bleu with chicken salad. yum!

{{{Karen}}} omg! The wheel barrel incident could have been tragic! Lord, when did that happen?! So glad you're okay!!!

Lisa, I hope you're at your destination! Sending hugs and prayers.

Have a great Caturday!
I'll be back tomorrow night.

Good night!

Good Morning Beakers! Another CATURDAY!

Lani, so glad for your snow!  Did it snow through the night?  Especially the kind that doesn't stick to the roads. And the birds joyfully singing makes it even better! Love the pictures from your window, so very pretty and peaceful looking... Safe travel to Tucson. One of my very good friends, and also my mentor from WF moved to Tucson a few years ago. Say hi and I miss him if you see him!  ;D  Tim and family went there one summer to help his terminally ill brother and fell in love with the place.

karen, a wheelbarrow! That could cause some damage! A few years agon on I80/35 there was an older car in the middle lane with a mattress tied to the roof, it was sliding to the side, everyone trying to get past him!

BL, did you really have 3 toes removed by a bear?  :o That sounds horrific! And very, very scary!

tsk, we have the Walleye from Culvers at least once a month, and it seems like the On the Hook food truck is here at least once a month! https://www.facebook.com/OnTheHookCod  Big Bear has 3 eggs, It's Ft. ST. Vrain that has four. So many nests now it's hard to keep track!

Phyl, hope your knee is feeling better today. 27 here right now, High 51 for today. The snow is all melted except the places it drifted or plowed, Monday will be 74! that will get rid of the rest of it!

Lisa, hope you are nice and warm and having a good time down south!

Big Bear - no clear pic of #3 yet but almost out of the shell!

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

Lani  Agree - Big Island my fav.  Has a composite of the other island special draws.  Only thing missing is the "downtown" commercial area of Oahu.  Remember too, I think I mentioned, 1 of the 5 places for the ashes designated to be on Big Island's Anaeho'omula beach at Kohala Beach Area.

Enjoy Caturday all.  Think the rough weather is coming to a close for most of us.

Never Mind, March

by Annette Wynne

Never mind, March, we know
When you blow
You're not really mad
Or angry or bad;
You're only blowing the winter away
To get the world ready for April and May.

Just love all the western cats.  Always amazing how they're made to go along with the poses.  I've have thought, though, that some photo shopping is sometimes involved.  I've never a cat who would go along with the posing or the dressing.  Thanks for pics Clynn and Phyl.

Ah yes, Women's Day!  First time I ever heard of it was while in Russia, Europe tradition, too.  Ladies walking around with corsages, flowers sitting at desks/cash registers, etc.  Who would have thunk it there?

Low helicopters again this a.m.  Many sirens last night.  Something must have happened.  Darien's city municipal offices about a 1/8 miles down the road, includes police headquarters.  Hope someone on block is signed in for emergency notices.  Always meant to do that.

I'm all in favor of US given recognition, too.  Enjoy ladies!

Good Morning Beakers

A quick post from my phone, as there is no internet connection here at my Dads.

I made it here yesterday morning just before noon.  I stopped at my aunts house for a quick visit with her before heading to my dads.

He was surprised to see me. My stepmom says, he has improved some from the stroke, but there are times when he is talking and he knows what he wants to say, but it just don’t come out like it is supposed to.

We went out for dinner last evening.  I got half a shrimp poboy with a cup og shrimp gumbo for my side. Delicious!
And, on the way back home, we stopped at Cafe du Monde for beignets and a cafe au lait.  None of that did my blood sugar good, but as Jeff reminded me, it is something I only get once in a blue moon!

Will try to check in later.

Have a good  Caturday 🐈‍⬛
