Good Morning Beakers!

Puff, yes, a Valentine's Day egg would be wonderful!

Lisa, love the good morning picture! Do you cross the bridge to take care of Jeff's car? You tell Jeff, rain is better than snow!

Lani, glad to hear that Mike made it home safely! I can tell that you are enjoying the soft gentle rain! Mike home and the rain you need - a good evening! And soon you will have Aly back for a while! Life is good...  And how in the world did they get those three dogs to pose for that cute picture! Cute video of the elderly ladies in the snow, what fun they were having! And the Royal Alby update, love RLK's wing spread, and especially the little one copying Dad! So sweet!

karen, so Piper doesn't appreciate Lake Gramke in her back yard? I remember when we lived in Duluth MN (yes, I lived in the tundra), many left their Christmas decorations up until February. The locals told us it was the Finlanders! I don't know if that was true or just a joke!

Phyl, good 365, the Red-crowned cranes are beautiful and so graceful! Thanks again for Amy's Blog, we should be seeing another egg sometime today!  Sounds like you are getting your knee going in the right direction! Nothing is easy these days!

baz, we got about 6" of the white stuff. And a little more coming in the next couple of days. It's warming up today, high will be 31! Some really cold temps coming next week, I see a string of 9/-4, 3/-13, 0/-16, -1/-14 coming up then a slow warm up to 47 on 2/28. A roller coaster of temps again!

The Norths - A Beautiful Couple!

Big Bear - Shadow and the eggs!

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

Baz Tsk and I going to be on a roller coaster ride too.  30's and even 40's today/tomorrow, then dive to high's in the teens and single digit highs even for a week.  And then?????

Puff - The DNN nest does look a lil smaller, but maybe over time it will get bigger and bigger.  The tree trunk does seem to be in the way, so maybe they will have to adapt to that.  I think I remember Amy saying that they when they rebuilt nest, they went a lil further down the nest tree trunk to start it.

clynn - Thanks! Yea, I do have to take his car across the bridge.  We do not have any car dealerships in the County where I live, so its across the bridge for most things.  Love the pics of The Norths and BB!

tsk - I know, this weather is crazy.

Happy Valentine’s Day. I enjoyed all of those pretty pictures and posts this morning and have been eating the top layer of candy posted by tsk.  Think there was a heart box of candy posted a day or two ago, and I wanting to get into that as well. Thanks Clynn.
Lisa, your weather sounds like that in Washington DC for seven years. I lived there the very heavy February snows our rate is gone for now but will return Sunday and then will have a week of cooler temperatures today is only in the 60s but tomorrow will be 81° again. The cooldown begins after that, Odd winter. Take care on that bridge.
Have a good day and trust the Eagles

Pretty pics this morning.

Well, got a walk in just now with Ollie at 19 above....the first one since Jan 2 as it's been too cold.

Snow incoming soon...maybe 3 inches?....and then back into a very cold stretch so that might be it for awhile again.

Poor guy.

So cold even today he lifted up both front paws at various times for me to clean out the ice in his paws...

Hopefully, Ollie the next time we go it will be close to average temps here?
